2 MEET WITH PURPOSE Wellness Program at DoubleTree Beach Resort PROVIDED BY SUNRISE or MIDDAY MOBILITY These are multilevel classes, comprised of a series of exercises aimed to improve mobility, body awareness, increase brain function and energy level. Choose from Sunrise Mobility, Flex Power (stretch) class, Fun Run/Beach Walk or Yoga Session. SUNSET BOOTCAMP This class is aimed towards those individuals who want to start or continue their fitness program while away from their regular routine. This class is also a multilevel class. Modifications will be provided so beginners can also participate. Class includes Cool Down Refreshments of Bottled Electrolyte Water, Sparkling Mineral Water and Citrus Mint Spa Water and Cool Towels Price for your choice of program is $250 for a 1 hour class or $150 for a 30 minute class with up to 40 participants. 2
