1 Interlake Inferno Hot Sauces Teulon MB Interlakee Inferno Hot Sauces began as gifts to family and friends and then developed into our own recipe inherited from African and Caribe Indian ancestors. It s a flavorful and unique combination of hot peppers, herbs, spices and fruits which can be used for marinating, barbecuing and as a flavour enhancer for your favorite appetizers, soups, stewss and stir-fries. RECEIPE: Interlakee Inferno Hot Sauce is a Handy touch to any foodss so keep this in your fridge for a need to have product. It is not all about the heat it is ALLL ABOUT THE FLAVOR. Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce is a fiery sauce with multiple dimensions, complexity and depth of flavor. Use as a building block for boosting your tasty meals. Add a few drops of Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce to scrambled eggs as you are mixing, salad dressing, tuna/chicken salad, etc. Interlakee Inferno Hot Sauce as a marinade for flank steak or a meat choice you are going to broil. Add a few drops of Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce to stir fried meals or dipping saucess for Asian style dumplings. Add a few drops of Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce to your favorite coleslaw dressing. It really perks up the flavor. Drizzle Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce on clams and oysters, burgers, fajitas, burritos, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, in baked beans, or anything Cajun or Creole, and a lot of Chinesee and Mexican dishes.

2 Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Interlake Inferno Hot Dip 3-4 cloves of garlic 15 ml juice of lemon or lime 5 ml sea salt 1 bell red pepper, medium to large size 1 green onion, large 15 ml olive oil 5 ml black pepper (freshly ground, if possible) 15 ml Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce 1 large avocado, mashed with fork 1. Puree all ingredients except avocado in blender. 2. Add this mixture to mashed avocado in small bowl and blend well. 3. Chill for 1\2 hour to blend flavors. 4. Serve with your favorite corn tortilla chips or raw vegetables. RECEIPE: Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Interlake Inferno Cheese Toast 4 servings 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar, 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos; season with kosher salt and Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce 1. Mix together 2. Spread on 3. 4 slices toasted country-style bread 4. Broil until melted, about 4 minutes.

3 Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Rosie s Inferno & Spicy Chicken 6-8 chicken pieces {preferably legs, thighs and wings (or 2 chicken breasts cut into 1 cubes) 6 garlic cloves, minced 1 onion, chopped fine 10 ml salt Ground black pepper 10 ml rosemary 10 ml thyme 10 ml turmeric Parsley, few sprig chopped fine 50 ml oil 10 ml lemon or lime juice 25 ml Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce add to taste 1. Combine chicken pieces, garlic and onions in large bowl. 2. Add herbs and spices and mix well. 3. Finally add oil, lemon juice and Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce and stir well. 4. Allow mixture to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge if possible. 5. Bake in covered roaster at 180*C for 1 hour. 6. Then uncover, gently turn pieces and continue to bake for additional 45 minutes. 7. Chicken pieces can also be barbecued or cubes put on skewers and barbecued. 8. Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce can be brushed on if so desired.

4 Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Elsa s Interlake Inferno Squash Soup 1 Large butternut or buttercup squash; cubed (about 4 cups) 3 Large potatoes; cubed 1 Large onion; chopped 3 Ribs of celery; diced 1 1 litre carton of chicken stock Bay leaf 10 Peppercorns 5 ml of dried thyme 5 ml of Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce or to taste Freshly grated nutmeg 250 ml half & half cream 50 ml peanut butter Chopped parsley 1. Sauté vegetables in small amount of oil for minutes. 2. Add stock; spices and Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce. 3. Peppercorns should be in small spice infuser or cheesecloth. 4. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for one hour. 5. Remove bay leaf and peppercorns. Let cool slightly and then puree. 6. Return to pot and add the cream; nutmeg and peanut butter. 7. Whisk while re-heating but do not allow to boil. 8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

5 Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Chicken Lettuce Wraps The combination of honey and lime tones down the Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce. While not a traditional Buffalo sauce, but it is a nice change of pace. Instead of making lettuce wraps, you can also use tortillas. The sauce is also good on fried or baked chicken wings and also works with shrimp instead of chicken. 4 servings 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons milk 4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon canola oil 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce 1/4 cup honey 1 small cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced 1 celery rib, thinly sliced 3/4 cup julienned carrots 8 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves For dressing, 1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigerate until serving. 3. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Chicken, 1. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil until no longer pink. 2. Combine the lime juice, Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce and honey; pour over chicken. 3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened. 4. Remove from the heat; stir in the cucumber, celery and carrots. 5. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf; 6. Fold sides over filling and secure with a toothpick. Serve with blue cheese dressing. Excellent! Quick and easy meal. Have also used romaine leaves and whole wheat tortillas For a quick alternative if you wish use pre-cooked chicken and bottled dressing instead (blue cheese or ranch) and add onions and red bell peppers to the mix.

Add Worcestershire, soy, oil, and honey for a smokin' wing sauce. Mmm, Spicy Time Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Create a wicked wing sauce. 2. Fold into scrambled eggs. 3. Add a perk to your hollandaise. 4. Flavor your tartar sauce. 5. Put a dash of heat/smokiness into ribs. 6. Whisk into a vinaigrette for a salad, or alongside ketchup and mayo for a thousand island dressing. 7. Add a bit of bang to your burger. 8. Put a few drops into birdseed to keep out squirrels. 9. Swirl into soups (tortilla soup, black bean, chili, hot and sour soup) great during cold season to ease congestion. 10. Add to ground pork to make your own breakfast sausage patties. 11. Train your dog against eating from the table (mild heat, of course). 12. Create a spicy mayonnaise as a dipping sauce or spread. 13. Make a Mexican hot chocolate to warm up with. 14. Liven up your cocktail sauce. 15. Melt with butter and douse over your movie popcorn--yum! 16. Pat on nails to kick a nail biting habit. 17. Melt in with cheese or chocolate for a sinfully hot fondue. 18. Dollop on raw oysters for fresh-out-of-the-sea heat. 19. Stir into shepherd's pie for a contemporary burn to an old classic. 20. Add to chutney for a little pep to the sweetness. 21. Caramelize onions, mix with hot sauce; top a burger. 22. Stir into mustard, pile onto a hot dog or use as a dip for pigs in a blanket. 23. 7 Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce Cocktail Makes 1 Rub the rim of a pint glass with a lime wedge dip in kosher salt; fill glass with ice. Add 1-1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, 1 oz. tomato juice, 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice, and 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; season with Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce. Top off with cold Mexican lager and stir to combine. RECEIPE: Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce STEAK WITH HOT SAUCE BUTTER This spicy butter has a built-in garnish; it turns into a sauce as it melts over your steak, leaving the herbs on top for looks and extra flavor 4 servings Mash 1/2 stick room-temperature unsalted butter with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro; season with kosher salt and Interlake Inferno Hot Sauce. Cover and chill until ready to use. Spoon onto grilled steaks.
