We moved to Middlebury from Sugarcreek, Ohio, purchased the small Curve Inn restaurant and reopened it in 1971 as Das Dutchman Essenhaus. Much has changed since then and we look back over the busy growing years with a sense of joy and gratitude for dreams that have been fulfilled.
