CONCEALED HEATING ELEMENT The grate conceals the hidden element redirecting grease and juices into the drip tray preventing flare-ups. Cooking directly on top of the element distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface. NON-STICK GRATE Imparts characteristic barbeque grill marks. Clean-up is a snap, simply wipe the grate off with a damp paper towel and then place in the dishwasher. PRECISION CONTROL Simply touch the On/Off circle or push and turn the knob and your instantly cooking. 7 GRILLING TIPS INFUSE IT - Add any of the following liquids to the drip tray prior to grilling: HEALTHY COOKING Kenyon Grills quickly transfer the heat from the concealed electric element, producing the look and taste of high quality gas grills without any open flames to deposit unwanted material or chemicals onto your food. POWERFUL PERFORMANCE Cooking grate temperature exceeds F. Achieve the results you want for any kind of food, from seared steaks to tender grilled vegetables. Beer, Red Wine, Apple Juice, White Wine, Liquid Smoke, Lime Soda, Balsamic Vinegar or Water Get Creative and use a liquid you enjoy drinking! TIME IT - Set the temperature control to the desired setting and then allow 5 to 9 minutes to preheat before grilling.
