1 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Course Housewares, LLC warrants this Cook s Companion Cook Station: Multi Function Pizza Oven, Griddle, and Kabob Rotisserie product to be free from manufacturer defect for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. If a defect is found to exist, Course Housewares will, at its option, either repair or replace the product or the defective component, including labor. Replacement will be made with a new or rebuilt product or components. This warranty does NOT cover (a) ordinary wear and tear (such as scratches, chips or stains), (b) impact damage or breakage, (c) heat discoloration, minor imperfections and slight color variations in the ceramic or metals, which are a normal part of the craftsmanship, (d) extreme temperature or resulting damage to the Cook Station and included accessories (e) improper cleaning methods causing scratches or damage, or (f) accessories, even if sold with the Cook Station (g) any unit that has been tampered with, (h) damages incurred through improper use and care and (i) faulty packaging by you or mishandling by any common carrier. Failure to follow the accompanying Care and Use instructions or commercial use will void this warranty. Course Housewares sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at its option, of the defective Cook Station. You will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees. Products returned to us that are not found to be defective in material or workmanship will be returned to you. If your particular product is found defective but is no longer available and cannot be repaired, a comparable product, at our discretion, will be sent as a replacement. This warranty extends only to the product s original purchaser, US residents only and does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidental damage. This warranty covers the Cook Station, Baking Tray, Griddle Tray, and Kabob Skewers only. 3 IMPORTANT SAFEGAURDS: Read all instructions. CAUTION- Hot Surface: The Cook Station body, griddle, baking tray, and skewers will become very hot when in use. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment. Please call for specific information regarding this unit and do not tamper with or attempt to fix any part of the Cook Station prior to contacting Customer Service. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries. Do not use outdoors. Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. Never allow the cord to touch wet surfaces or submerge in water. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or heated oven. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids. Never transfer the Cook Station or any part thereof while in use, or until the entire unit has cooled. Always ensure the Function knob is turned to OFF before plugging the appliance into the wall unit. To disconnect, turn the control to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet. Do not use appliance for other than intended use. Always use oven mitts or a towel when handling any part of your product, as your Cook Station will become extremely hot. Always keep the Cook Station away from pets and children at all times. Do not let children operate the Cook Station at any time, as it will become very hot and the rotisserie skewers are extremely sharp. Never place/use or store the Cook Station on, in or near other appliances. Do not place anything on or in the device that is not made for it s intended use. Never wrap the power cord around the device or any part thereof. Always use caution when using the Rotisserie Skewers as they are extremely sharp and will become extremely hot when in use. Always place the Cook Station on a dry, flat, heat-resistant surface away from other appliances. The Cook Station is intended for household use only. Be very careful when using the Cook Station as steam and touching the casing or the griddle can cause serious burns and injuries. Always use oven mitts or a towel when transferring or moving the Cook Station. IMPORTANT SAFEGAURDS CONTINUED: Do not allow the power cord to hang or sit where it can be tripped or pulled over. Never pull directly on the power cord to unplug the Cook Station. Never leave the Cook Station plugged in when not in use or when cleaning. It is not recommended to use an extension cord or extended outlet with the Cook Station. Never immerse the Cook Station or electrical cord in liquid/water to avoid risk of electrical shock, fire, or injuries. Always keep the Cook Station away from water when in use to avoid injuries and damage to the Cook Station. Never attempt to place the skewers and baking tray into the Cook Station at the same time. Never use charcoal, lighter fluid, smoking chips, or any similar substance with your Cook Station. Never place the Cook Station directly underneath any flammable surface. We recommend keeping the Cook Station at least 12 inches away from any flammable or electrical surface or appliance. Never leave the Cook Station unattended when in use. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electrical shock. Save these instructions.

4 Getting Started To get started, first remove all labels and packaging and clean in accordance to the care and use instructions. While the Griddle Tray and Rotisserie Skewers are dishwasher safe, handwashing with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge are recommended. Check that all components are in good condition, including the power cord. We recommend seasoning the PFOA/PTFE Free stick-resistant griddle plate and baking tray with a small amount of natural oil for 2-3 minutes or until warmed. As the baking tray is perforated, we recommend placing the oil onto the baking tray by using a cloth or paper towel. This will avoid excess oil dripping onto the radiant coils below. We do not recommend using any non-stick sprays that contain lecithin or any sort of propellant, as this can damage the stick-resistant coating on your cookware. Please read through all of the instructions before attempting to use your product. Compatibility Your Cook s Companion Cook Station requires a voltage of 120V ~ 1500W. Before plugging the power cord into any outlet, verify that you have the correct amount of voltage necessary for use. The Cook Station should never be placed on/in/under any other appliance. Always ensure a distance of 12 from any flammable or electrical surface or appliance. Do not use any of the accessories in any other heating appliance to avoid damage. Your product should never be submerged or sprayed with water to avoid electrical shock and/or damage to the unit. The Griddle, Baking Tray, Crumb Tray and Rotisserie Skewers are dishwasher compatible, however we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft cloth/sponge to prolong the life and beauty of each product. Using Your Cook Station Your Cook Station has 3 different functions; Griddle, Bake, and Kabob. Please carefully read through these instructions to ensure your device functions properly. Always ensure the Cook Station is placed on a dry, flat surface away from other appliances. This product should always be a minimum of 12 away from any flammable or electrical appliance. Once you are ready to use the Cook Station, ensure the Function knob is in the OFF position and plug the power supply cord into an outlet that is compatible with 120V~1500W. After plugging the Cook Station into an outlet, the READY Light will be lit; even when in the OFF position. Your Cook Station comes with a Crumb Tray for your convenience. Before using your product, simply slide the Crumb Tray into the base of the Cook Station in the back. For cleaning, allow the device to cool completely and then remove Crumb Tray by simply sliding it out from the base of the device in the back. Never leave your Cook Station unattended when in use. The Griddle Tray To begin using the GRIDDLE Function, you must first place the Griddle Tray onto the Cook Station. On the bottom of the Griddle Tray there are 4 notches. First, line up the notches on the Griddle Tray to the Griddle Tray Supports on the Cook Station. Then, gently press down so that the Griddle Tray sits flat on the Support bars. Once the Griddle Tray is in place you can begin using the GRIDDLE function. To use the GRIDDLE Function, turn the function knob to GRIDDLE and move the temperature knob to your desired temperature. We recommend allowing the Cook Station to pre-heat for 5-8 minutes for best results. When using the GRIDDLE function, only the top heating coil will be in use. The Griddle Tray can also be used with the BAKE and KABOB functions. The Griddle Tray should always be in place when using any of the functions so the top heating coil is not exposed.

5 The Baking Tray To begin using the Baking Tray, you will need to insert the tray into the oven area of the Cook Station. Always make sure the Function knob is turned to OFF before inserting or removing the Baking Tray. First, unfold the foldable handle by turning the handle out towards you. To close the handle, press down on the button on top of the handle and gently turn in towards the Baking Tray. The Rotisserie Skewers When using the Rotisserie Skewers, the Baking Tray must be removed from the oven area of your Cook Station. Always make sure the Function knob is turned to OFF before inserting or removing the Rotisserie Skewers. Use caution when handling the skewers as they are very sharp. When preparing your kabob, always make sure your food is on the flat portion of the skewer. For best results, we recommend cubing or dicing foods to a maximum of 1 inch. After you have prepared your skewer, insert the sharp, pointed end first into the oven area of your Cook Station. The sharp end will rest in one of the notches in the back of the Cook Station, while the wheel will nestle into the rotisserie skewer rotator at the front of the Cook Station. Once the handle is in the open position, slide the baking tray onto the baking tray supports, in between the two heating coils. For best results, allow your Cook Station to pre-heat for 5-8 minutes. Once the Baking Tray is properly placed in the Cook Station, we recommend using the BAKE function for best results. When using the BAKE function, both heating coils will be in use. For a Broil effect, we recommend using the Griddle function, as only the top heating coil will be in use. Please note: When using the Bake Function the Griddle Tray will still become extremely hot! Always use caution and never leave your Cook Station unattended when in use. Once you have inserted your Rotisserie Skewers and the Griddle Plate is in place, turn the Function Knob to KABOB and set your temperature knob to your desired temperature. The Rotisserie Skewers will begin rotating after you have switched the knob to the Kabob function. If you do not want the skewers to rotate, we recommend using the BAKE function. Please note: When using the Bake Function the Griddle Plate will still become extremely hot! Always use caution and never leave your Cook Station unattended when in use.

6 Cook Station Function Knob Your Cook Station has three different functions: GRIDDLE, BAKE, and KABOB. Your device also has a designated OFF position. Always make sure the Function knob is turned to OFF before plugging in or unplugging your Cook Station. When selecting a function, the knob will click and the arrow will point directly to the desired function. Griddle: When using the Griddle function, only the top heating coil will be in use. The Griddle function is intended to be used with the Griddle Tray, but can also be used as a broil function when using the Baking Tray. Bake: During the Bake function, the top and bottom heating coils will be in use. The Bake function is intended when using the included Baking Tray. This function can also be used with the Rotisserie Skewers, if you do not want to use the rotating Kabob function. The Griddle Tray must be in place when using the Bake function, as a safety pre-caution. If you do not wish to use the Griddle Tray when using the Bake function, we recommend using the Cook Station Stainless Steel Lid (not included) to cover the Griddle Tray, as the tray will still become extremely hot when using the Bake function. Kabob: During the Kabob function, both the top and bottom heating coils will be in use. As well as, your Cook Station s built in Rotisserie Skewer Rotating function. The Kabob function is intended to be used solely with the included Rotisserie Skewers. Please note, the Griddle Tray will still become extremely hot when using the Kabob function and we recommend covering the Griddle Tray with the Cook Station Stainless Steel Lid (not included). Cook Station Temperature Knob Your Cook Station Temperature Knob is adjustable from Warm (150 F) to High (475 F), and will turn freely. When selecting your desired cooking temperature, we recommend starting at a Low- Medium Heat and adjusting as needed. Cooking times and temperatures will vary depending on function setting, type of food, temperature of food, and desired doneness. We recommend preheating the Cook Station for 5-8 minutes before cooking. When using the Kabob function, it is recommended to pre-heat the Cook Station using the Bake function. After your device has pre-heated, carefully insert the Rotisserie Skewers and then turn the function knob to Kabob to begin rotating the skewers.

7 Get Cooking! Griddle Tray Recipes Molten Cheese and Jalapeno Burger 1.5lbs. Ground Beef 4oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 6tbsp. Plain Cream Cheese 1 Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, diced 1 Shallot, finely minced 1tsp. Chipotle Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste Olive Oil Begin by mixing the cheddar cheese, jalapeno, cream cheese, and chipotle seasoning in a medium sized bowl. Next, mix the shallot, salt and pepper, and ground beef in a separate bowl. Pre-heat your Griddle Tray for 5 minutes on Medium heat. Divide the meat into 4 separate pieces (6oz. each). Divide and flatten the cheese mixture into 4 separate pieces. Wrap the meat around the cheese, so that no cheese is exposed, and then place a small amount of oil on the burger meat. Cook the burgers on the Griddle Tray for 5-7 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Add your favorite toppings, place on your favorite burger bun and enjoy! Flank Steak Fajitas 3 Bell Peppers, sliced (Yellow, Orange, and Red recommended) Flank Steak Fajita Seasoning packet ½ Yellow Onion, sliced Corn or Flour Tortillas Olive Oil Marinade the flank steak for at least 1 hour in the fajita seasoning as directed. Preheat the Cook Station Griddle Tray on Med-High heat for 5 minutes. Lightly season the griddle tray with olive oil and place the peppers and onions on half of the griddle. Place the marinated flank steak on the other half of the griddle tray. Pesto Caprese Chicken Panini Basil Pesto Sauce 1 Large Tomato, sliced Thinly sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese 1 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, pound thin 4 slices of Texas Style toast, or other favorite 1 cup Fresh Spinach (optional) Salt and Pepper to taste Olive Oil Pre-heat the Griddle Tray to a low-medium heat for 5 minutes. Cook the chicken until done and cut in half. Brush bread with olive oil, and place on the griddle tray, oil side down, until lightly toasted. Once one side of bread is toasted, flip and layer the pesto, tomato, mozzarella, chicken and spinach (optional) on 2 slices of toast. Place a slice of toast on top of the toppings, browned side down. Flip your sandwich and cook until you have reached desired brownness. To melt the mozzarella faster, we recommend covering the sandwiches with the Cook Station Stainless Steel Lid (not included). Enjoy! Raspberry Chocolate Chip Pancakes 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries Pancake Mix (homemade, or follow directions on package) 1 ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Butter, to place on griddle tray before pouring cake mix Follow Pancake mix directions according to packaging. Pre-heat the Griddle Tray for 5 minutes on Low-Medium heat. Allow butter to melt onto tray. To make the pancakes, use ¼ cup of pancake mix per pancake. Place desired amount of chocolate chips and raspberries onto the pancake batter. Do not overfill the pancake. Flip the pancakes once the batter is bubbling. Top your pancakes with your favorite maple syrup and enjoy on their own!

8 Get Cooking! Baking Tray Recipes Baked Parmesan French Fries 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan 4 Medium Russet Potatoes, sliced into wedges Salt and Pepper to taste 1tbsp. Italian Seasoning 4tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pre-heat the Cook Station Oven to Medium for 5 minutes. Begin by tossing the potato wedges with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Place a piece of tin foil onto your baking tray, to cover the perforated area. Do not allow the tin foil to touch the heating coils or wrap around the baking tray. Place your potato wedges onto the baking tray, leaving any excess oil aside. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is crisp. Crunchy Breaded Chicken Tenders 7 Chicken Tenderloins, whole or cut in half 2 cups Breadcrumbs 2 Eggs 1 ½ cups Flour Salt and Pepper to taste Pre-heat the Cook Station oven to Med-High heat for 5 minutes. Place the flour, breadcrumbs, and whisked eggs in separate bowls. Mix in salt and pepper with the breadcrumbs. Next, dredge 1 tenderloin in flour, then egg wash, then cover with breadcrumbs. Set aside. Repeat with remaining tenderloins. Place all tenderloins onto the baking tray and bake for minutes, or until cooked through. Enjoy! Mixed Roasted Vegetables 1 Red onion, wedged and separated 1 bunch of Asparagus, sliced into 2-3inch pieces 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1-2 pieces 1 Eggplant, sliced into rounds, then quartered 2 cups, sliced or halved, mushrooms 2tbsp. minced Garlic 1tsp. Thyme or Rosemary (optional) 7 Baby Potatoes, halved Olive Oil (as needed) Salt and Pepper (works best with Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper!) Toss all ingredients together in a bowl so that all the vegetables are coated with seasoning and olive oil. Place a piece of tinfoil on the baking tray (do not overlap or allow to touch heating coils) and pre-heat your oven on High for 5 minutes. Spread the vegetable medley onto the baking tray, leaving space in between the vegetables for even roasting. You may need to make the vegetables in 2 batches. Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes, move vegetables around at least once, to avoid burning. Enjoy! Garlic Bread Pizza Boats 1 Oven Ready Garlic Bread 1 ½ Cups Pizza Sauce 4 Cups Mozzarella, shredded Favorite Pizza Toppings (optional) Slice Garlic Bread in half, and open the halves so they are face up. Pre-heat your Cook Station Oven to Medium for 5 minutes. Spread Pizza Sauce evenly onto the Garlic Bread, top with 1 cup of cheese and favorite toppings (optional). Bake for minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and the bread is toasted. Enjoy!

9 Stuffed Cheddar Mushrooms Italian Breaded Pork Chops 6 large Mushrooms 1 clove Garlic, minced 4oz. Cream Cheese ½ Cup Finely Chopped Bacon (optional) ¾ cup Shredded Cheddar 3 Eggs, lightly beaten 3 Tbsp. Milk 1 ½ cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese 4 Pork Chops Toss garlic, cream cheese, bacon and ½ of the cheese together in a small bowl. Place a piece of tinfoil on the baking tray (do not overlap or allow to touch heating coils) and pre-heat your oven on High for 5 minutes. Destem the mushrooms, and spoon cheese mixture into each of the mushroom caps. Bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes on Medium, sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar cheese and bake until cheese has melted. Enjoy! Maple Salmon ¼ cup Maple Syrup 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 Garlic Clove, minced ¼ tsp. Garlic Salt 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper 1 Lb. Salmon Preheat your Cook Station on Medium for 5 mins. In a bowl beat together eggs and milk. In a separate bowl mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip each pork chop into egg mixture and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place pork chops on tray and bake for 25 minutes or until done. Enjoy! BBQ Beef Biscuits ¾ lb. Ground Beef ½ cup Barbeque Sauce 1 Tbsp. Onions, minced 4 English Muffins ¼ cup shredded Cheese Brown ground beef and onions until cooked through. Drain and place in a separate Mix Maple Syrup, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Garlic Salt and Pepper. Cover and place in refrigerator for 30 mins, turning once. Place a piece of tinfoil on the baking tray, do not overlap or allow to touch heating Add in Barbeque Sauce and mix thoroughly. Place a piece of tinfoil on the baking tray, do not overlap or allow to touch heating coils. Place Salmon on baking tray. Preheat Cook Station on Medium for 5 mins. Bake uncovered for 20 mins or until easily flaked with a fork. Enjoy! bowl. coils. Preheat your Cook Station on Low for 5 mins. Split English Muffins in half. Place English muffins onto baking pan, face up. Place onto the Cook Station baking tray and bake for 6-8 minutes or until muffin tops are browned. Place a spoonful of meat mixture onto the toasted muffins. Sprinkle cheese onto the top of the meat mixture. Bake 4-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Enjoy!

10 Super Easy Homemade Pizza Dough Total Time: 15min. (or more depending on crust) Makes about Pizzas, depending on crust. 1½ cups Warm Water 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar ⅓ cup Olive Oil 4 cups Flour 2¼ tsp Yeast Mix 1½ cups warm water pour sugar and yeast; let yeast activate for 5 minutes or until becomes frothy. In the bowl of your mixer, add the flour and salt and mix. Add the olive oil and using the dough hook, mix for about a min. Add the yeast combo to the flour mixture and mix until well incorporated. Shape the dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl, rubbing oil on the dough as well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. If you re not using the dough right away, you can also freeze it. For a thicker crust, let the dough rise for an hour or more. Homemade Fresh Baked Pizzas and Flatbreads Roll out your homemade pizza dough or homemade/store bought flatbread into your desired size (up to 12 ). Place desired amount of sauce, careful to not place too much or your pizza will not cook thoroughly. Make sure to leave about 1 around the edges clear of sauce for the crust when making pizza and about ½ when making flatbreads. Add cheese and toppings of your choice, or choose from one of the recipes below for new ideas! 12 Get Cooking! Rotisserie Skewers Recipes Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs ½ cup olive oil ½ cup ranch dressing 3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, minced 2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. White Vinegar ¼ tsp. Black Pepper 1 tbsp. White Sugar, optional 5 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into 1 inch cubes In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except the chicken breast pieces. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place chicken pieces inside the marinade bowl and stir to coat the chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate the newly mixed pieces for 30 minutes. Carefully place chicken pieces onto the rotisserie skewers and place inside your Cook Station and set to medium heat. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Shrimp Kabobs 2 Red Potatoes, cooked and cut into 1 quarters 16 small Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 large Onion, cut into 1 large pieces 1 large Tomato, cut into 1 large pieces ¼ cup Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste WI Brats ¼ cup Butter 3 Medium Onions, thinly sliced 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped 4 (12 oz) bottles of Dark Beer 2 lbs. Fresh Bratwurst Hot Dog Buns Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in sliced onions for 5-10 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add beer to skillet and let simmer for minutes. Carefully place each bratwurst on its own Rotisserie Skewer. Place into your Cook Station on the Kabob setting on medium heat. Cook brats for minutes. Place brats into skillet mixture and simmer for an additional minutes. Serve with onions on the hot dog buns. Enjoy! Lemon Garlic Vegetable 4lbs. Assorted Seasonal Vegetables, cut into 1 cubes ¼ cup Olive Oil 1 Lemon, juiced 2 Cloves Garlic, minced Salt and Pepper to taste Thread the vegetable onto the Rotisserie Skewers. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and brush onto skewers. Cook on Medium for 15 minutes. Remove and drizzle with remaining marinade. Enjoy! Carefully place shrimp, tomato, onion and potato onto the Rotisserie Skewers, rotating ingredients as desired. Coat finished Rotisserie Skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on Kabob setting, Medium temperature setting for minutes or until shrimp are bright pink and no longer transparent in the center. Enjoy!

13 Grilling Kabob Marinade 1 cup Vegetable Oil ¾ cup Soy Sauce ½ cup Lemon Juice ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce ¼ cup Mustard 1 ½ tsp. Black Pepper 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 tsp. Meat Tenderizer, optional In a large reseal able plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Mix well and add your favorite meat. Seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Skewered Steak and Salad 8 oz. boneless Beef Top Loin Steak 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 4 cups Romaine lettuce ½ cup Carrots, julienned ½ cup cooked and cooled Broccoli Florets Balsamic and Caper Vinaigrette Cut steak into 8 1 inch cubes and brush with Soy Sauce. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes. Carefully place cubes of steak onto the Rotisserie Skewers. Place Rotisserie Skewers into the Kabob Maker on high setting for 8-10 minutes or until your desired doneness. Season mushrooms with garlic powder and sauté in oil on the Griddle of your Cook Station on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Combine romaine, carrots and broccoli in a large bowl and toss with Balsamic and Caper Vinaigrette to taste. Arrange mushrooms and steak kabobs on top of the salad. Enjoy! Ham and Pineapple Kabobs 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp. Distilled White Vinegar 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 1 tsp. Mustard ¾ lbs. Cooked Ham, cut into 1 inch cubes 1 (15 oz.) Can Pineapple Chunks, drained Preheat your Cook Station on Medium. In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, and mustard. Carefully thread the ham and pineapple onto the Rotisserie Skewers. Brush sugar mixture onto the prepared Rotisserie Skewers. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy! Turkey Kabobs 1 Lb. Turkey cutlets, cut into 2 cubes 1 (16 oz.) package whole Button Mushrooms 2 small Zucchinis, sliced 1 (16 oz.) Italian Salad Dressing Combine turkey, mushrooms, and zucchini into a dish. Pour Italian dressing over mixture. Stir to coat and refrigerate covered for 2 hours. Set your Cook Station to Medium.
