4 Performance: Dazzle your customers by cooking with light. The Hobart FlashBake oven uses both visible and invisible light to cook. No radiant heating elements. Just the power of intense light. The light comes from seven specially designed quartz halogen tubes in the top and bottom of the oven cavity. Some light is focused directly into the food while other light bounces off reflective surfaces in the oven cavity. The food absorbs the direct and reflected light to complete the cooking process. 4

13 Ease of Cleaning: Liquid cleaner, water and common sense. For top performance, routinely clean your Hobart FlashBake oven. The interior is swipe-out easy. Routinely swipe with water, and use Formula 409, Windex or Citrus when needed, with a white 3M cleaning pad. Scrape lamp shields with the provided plastic blade, when needed. Use the correct glass, ceramic or stainless steel plates, pans, griddles and grilles for the job. That s all it takes. 13

The Hobart FlashBake oven is silent in the idle position. Blower motor is designed to automatically turn off when the oven is idle for more than four minutes. In most localities, a hood system can be eliminated, reducing noise levels even more. Solid construction and insulation mean FlashBake ovens give off very little heat, for cool-to-the-touch countertop performance. Air emitted from the blower motor is below 250 F. 15
