2 Elena and Eric R O M A N T I C S P A R K L E A T C A S A F E L I Z When Elena and Eric chose Arthur's Catering of Orlando to bring their wedding to life at Casa Feliz in Winter Park, they dreamed of something elegant & romantic with a touch of sparkle. With a shimmer here and a glimmer there, the whole affair came together in the most romantic way. Arthur's crafted a mouthwatering menu with delectable Caribbean and Puerto Rican inspired flavors, honoring the bride and groom's heritage. Fresh and tropical flavors were perfectly at home in the Spanish-style farmhouse nestled in a lush tropical garden.

3 Every detail was perfection... Above: Sophisticated touches of sparkle from head-to-toe complimented Elena's glow of happiness on her most special day. Opposite page: An amazing linen for the head table brought twinkling joy to the sit-down dinner. Touches of pastel pink and teal echoed shades of Casa Feliz's architectural details creating fairy-tale romance.

4 The mojito brought a tropical twist of lime and mint Above: Mercury glass trumpet vases filled with pale pink hydrangeas, anemones, and roses combined with teal glass votives made a dramatic and shimmery tabletop. Opposite: Arthur's handcrafted classic mojito brought a tropical twist of lime and mint to a memorable afternoon.

5 Sangria with fresh fruit made the afternoon a delight Clockwise from top right: The architectural details of Casa Feliz created a historic back drop for an enchanting evening. Coconut shrimp, with mango pineapple sauce, made a festive appetizer. Elena's rings sparkled against hand-painted antique tiles. Chicken empanadas with sweet chili sauce gave a little kick to the festivities. Opposite: Arthur's legendary homemade sangria with fresh seasonal fruit.

6 Island flavors were perfectly at home at Casa Feliz Elena and Eric focused on the happiness of the day while Arthur's took care of all the delicious details. Opposite: A Caribbean salad, drizzled with a passion fruit vinaigrette, combined island flavors with baby greens, strawberries, mangoes, crumbled gorgonzola, and caramelized pecans.

8 Dining with dazzle A filet mignon with chimichurri, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, plantains and roasted asparagus took center stage. Opposite: Even the chairs were adorned with just a touch of twinkle and glamour.

9 The spiral staircase is part of Casa Feliz's unique architectural personality. Opposite: Tropical flavors and a touch of silver made the wedding cake a lovely centerpiece. Topped with a cascade of pink fondant ruffle peonies and constructed with pina colada and key lime pie layers, the cake was as flavorful as it was beautiful.
