El Luchador 22 This cocktail is a must for Mezcal lovers with a touch of Plymouth Sloe Gin, fresh Lime juice, Sugar syrup and Prosecco on top. After Eight 3.4, after dinner? 21 Delicious combination between Chalet Liqueur Chocolat, Green Mark Vodka Ricola infused, home-made walnut syrup, cream to enjoy with all senses. Negroni Bar was opened in 1998 following the example of a classic American bar. The focus based on the quality of the cocktails and an exquisite range of different spirits. The award-winning barkeepers provide expert advice and also like to mix outside the drinks menu, which offers a wide selection of their own creations in addition to the well-known classics and vintage. His cocktail: Uncle Negroni 21 Maker s Mark Bourbon, Cynar, Campari, Carpano Antica Formula, Chocolate Bitters, orange twist. Wilson Maykol Hernandez, O Reilly 304 Havana, Cuba Wilson Maykol Hernández is Bar Manager of Havana s trendiest bar the O Reilly 304. He is famous far beyond Cuba for his incomparable cocktails. In June 2016, he and his cocktails were already guests at Storchen Zürich - at the Noche Cubana and the Cuban Party. His cocktail: Cubanito 19 Angostura Bitters, Havana Club Añejo Reserva, sugar, lime juice, Maraschino liqueur.

7 FRIENDS AROUND THE WORLD Max La Rocca, Listentotheice, Italy Max La Rocca has worked in some of the world s finest establishments, including Claridge s in London, Hotel De Russie in Rome, Sheen Falls Lodge in Ireland, Mandarin Oriental and the Ohla Boutique Hotel in Barcelona. Elegant and classy, he has been quoted as one of the most creative and entertaining bartenders by international magazines; he has developed cocktails around the globe and his recipes are listed in relevant cocktail books and bars all over the world. His cocktail: The Irish Mermaid 20 Bushmills Irish Whisky 10 years, Cherry Heering, Aperol, Orgeat syrup, Angostura Bitters. Wolfgang Mayer, The Chedi Andermatt, Switzerland The career changer! After steps in Germany, Austria, Spain and Switzerland, he is now Bar & Lounge Manager at The Chedi Andermatt. Through long years of bartending at Widder Bar Zürich, he was a big part of their success. And this year he was nominated as Host of the Year at the Mixology Bar Awards His cocktail: Nightshade 25 Black Bottle Whisky, Tawny Port, sugar syrup, Klosterfrau Melissengeist, Angostura Bitters.

8 VEGETARIANS Hit Mix Vol This non-alcoholic and healthy cocktail is a mix of fresh ginger, fresh orange juice, fresh basil, pineapple juice and Ginger Ale on top. West Indies Summer 14 This beautiful cocktail is a combination of fresh orange juice, passionfruit syrup, fresh lime juice and tonic water on top. Welcome to the Caribbean islands. Swiss Summer 14 Cola kisses orange?? Nop!! Apple kisses mint!! These two Swiss products are accompanied with a little bit of fresh lemon juice and pineapple juice. Hopp Schwiiz!
