Blanco Also known as silver or plata, unaged tequila which would spend a maximum of up to 60 days resting in Oak, but more commonly steel. Fortaleza Blanco 6.95 Aromas of citrus and cooked agave. Bursts of olive, butter and vanilla fill the palate leaving a long, deep finish. KAH Blanco 6.25 Nose of anise and musty lemon, moving to a nicely cooked agave flavour on the palate. 8 Anejo Translates as Aged and relates to extra aged tequila, which has been sealed in oak casks for at least one year, normally up to 3yrs. These casks can be no larger than 600 litres, guaranteeing a certain level of contact with the# oak. Tapatio Anejo 4.75 Well balanced with a medium-full body. Extremely smooth with hints of cocoa, cinnamon and clove. A rich agave finish leaves a tingling spice on the taste buds. Fortaleza Anejo 8.95 A rich and complex tequila with a nose of vanilla, butterscotch and nutmeg. Soothing citrus, toffee and hazelnut fill the palate. KAH Anejo 8.50 A well balanced and complex Anejo. Distinctive by powerful agave flavours, accompanied by chocolate, tobacco and coffee flavours. Herradura Anejo 4.75 Intense oak with nut aromas coming though. Smooth palate with sweet fruits leaving a creamy long finish. Ocho Anejo 5.25 Lightly citrused, vanilla and honey nose with bursts of green pepper and menthol. Salted caramel palate. Don Julio Anejo 5.50 Essence of oak, rose and sweet agave, followed quickly by caramel and slight chocolate notes on the palate Anejo 6.50 Aged primarily in French oak for up to 3 years. Deep copper in colour with notes of toasted coconut, marzipan, vanilla and dried orange peel. Gran Centenario Anejo 5 Sweet, honey flavour with aromas of clove, nutmeg, orange, tangerine, candied fruits, figs and toasted coconut. Casamigos Anejo 7.50 With soft caramel and vanilla notes, it's the perfect balance of sweetness from the agave layered with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak. Don Julio Produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years. This is a tribute to the year Don Julio began his tequila making journey. Extra Anejo Extra Aged, aged for over 3 years in oak casks with a maximum capacity of 600 litres Tapatio Reserva de la Excelencia 14 This special tequila previously reserved only for friends and family of Don Felipe and Carlos Camarena, is aged for around 4 years in new French oak. The power of the cooked agave flavour is soothed by the creamy oak and combined into an unusually complex, rounded palate. Don Fulano Imperial 12 Imperial is the oldest of the Don Fulano family aged for 5 years. Exceptionally smooth and rich in fruit notes. Maple, dark chocolate and tobacco pull through leaving a long, deep finish. Herradura Selection Suprema Made in the oldest, most traditional part of their distillery, aged in Oak barrels for 49months. Spices including nutmeg and cinnamon fill the nose before dry oak, baked agave and floral notes touch the palate leaving a dry spiced finish.
