For larger quantities it is wise to first purchase a small quantity to test under your firing conditions to ensure the correct choice of colour. Ceramic Glazes of Australia (CGA) and FastBright will not be liable for any direct, or indirect loss, suffered by the customer due to unforeseen manufacturing delays. Minimum order is $40 (including GST) Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Colour Matching We are continually adding new colours to our range. If you find there is a colour you would like, which is not currently in our range, we offer a colour matching service. Please note that CGA have over 600 colours in our range available for Manufacturers please contact us for details. A service fee or minimum quantity may apply. Recycling Please note that containers have a recycling code and can be processed through your normal recycling outlet. Storage It is very important that glazes are not exposed to heat when stored. Sunlight and UV radiation cause breakdown of suspending mediums. Although this has no effect on the fired colour, problems will arise with the consistency of the paints when applied by brushing, dipping or spraying. Products should not be stored near kilns, heaters or in sunlight! Settling is a normal effect of shelf storage. Shake well before use. Safety and Handling All ceramic products are toxic to some degree. How we handle these materials determines whether or not they are a hazard to our health. A glaze may not contain any lead, for example, but is still toxic during application and in its fired state. The term 'lead-free' does not imply that a product is 'food safe' and does not mean that it is non-hazardous. Determine if the product is food safe. This is particularly important when painting onto food or drink vessels. A number of safety procedures should be followed at all times: wear a mask when spraying (this should be to a standard AS 1716) and provide adequate ventilation wear gloves if you suffer from skin irritation do not take internally, and do not smoke, eat or drink when in the work area This Price List should be used in conjunction with our current colour brochure.
