Gas escape mechanism Coffee needs to be packaged in such a way that no oxygen can enter the packaging. But what about the gases attributable to the roasting process? It s simple. Our standard bags integrate an aeration channel in the guise of an aroma protection valve. This valve allows gases to escape into the atmosphere and prevents oxygen from entering the packaging. 5

11 Ströbel Öko-Line Think green use paper! Thanks to today s advanced technologies, we are able to offer our customers aluminum-free aroma preservation bags. The material we use for these bags is a composite of brown kraft paper and barrier film. This barrier is made of environmentally friendly PE film laminate, which require less energy to produce than is the case with aluminum.. The Ströbel Eco Line: These products feature highly effective oxygen barrier that maximizes product shelf life and protects against microbes.
