7 Booking conditions For a minimum number of 10 people, the room hire is included in the conference package stated. For conferences with less than 10 people, we shall charge for the conference package per person plus the corresponding room hire. The conference packages can only be booked as described in each package. For customized packages, we are happy to provide a tailor-made offer. All packages are calculated based on the number of people registered on the last day of registration. The offer is based on the GTC for events.
