A rating of 0 means that the tea has none of that characteristic and a rating of 5 indicates that it is a primary characteristic. Briskness refers to the tea s ability to make your mouth pucker, also known as astringency. Body refers to whether or not a tea feels thick in the mouth, such as Assam, or light such as a white tea. Aroma refers to whether or not the tea has a pleasant smell, often the most prized attribute of a tea. HARNEY TEA SATAY CHICKEN Serves 2 Easy Marinade Calories Per Serving 350 k 2 Boneless chicken breasts (10-15 oz) diced into 1½ - 2 inch cubes k ½ Bottle of Harney & Sons Green Tea with Coconut k Place chicken in a bowl and pour tea over chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes - 2 hours. If using wooden skewers soak them in water. SATAY SAUCE k 2 hefty tablespoons of peanut butter k 6 oz of Harney & Sons Green Tea with Coconut k ¼ tsp of sesame oil k 1 oz of rice wine vinegar k ½ oz of sriracha (or more if you like it hot) Whisk to mix in a medium sized bowl and set aside. Push the skewers through 5-6 pieces of chicken. Using a preheated grill pan or grill, place the chicken on the heat. Flip when needed. Average cooking time is 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve with a side of sauce and/or drizzle the sauce on top of the chicken.
