Prof. Dr. Saleh E. M. EL-Gibury Department of Biology College of Science / Mosul University Abstract: The effect of hot water on viability of fungi contaminate for both black tea (Lepton_yellow label) and coffee (Bun Al-amid) at thermal degree (, 0, 7) c of exposing periods (, 0, ) minutes, showed that growth of contaminated fungi had been occurred for both sampleson both and 0 c for all exposing periods, but no growth of fungi on 7 c.
2 Treatment ofthe above samples with microwaves with doses (0, 80, 60) watt with exposing periods (0, 0, ) seconds showed that fungal growth had been occurred on both samples, expect the dose (60) watt for seconds which showed no fungal growth of the two samples also.
