2 Corporate Catering Solutions CCS believes in bringing quality and innovation to all sectors of the Hospitality market. We source the best products from around the world, which we believe will allow us to offer the most inspirational and functional solutions. We recognised that there was no tailored supplier offering which was focused specifically on the needs of Corporate Caterers. So we have created this brochure, in order to illustrate the types of solutions we can provide, in the areas of use relevant to you. We unashamedly aim our brochure at those operators who work at the forefront of the industry; who demand innovation, quality, functionality and value-for-money from the solutions they purchase and the suppliers who provide them. This brochure is not designed to be a comprehensive product catalogue. It shows a selection of the types of solutions we can create in any given area. The brochure is divided into 3 main sections; Presentation, Transportation, and Cook & Serve solutions. We have also made special reference to Innovation at the back of the brochure, to show how we turn good ideas into great products. We understand the need for solutions which may range from high-quality Client Dining, through Conference & Meeting Room Dining, to Staff Dining. CCS can offer innovative & inspirational solutions in all these areas, combining cutting-edge style with functionality and durability. We would like to emphasise that we construct each solution according to individual customer s needs. The Presentation section is segmented into different offerings for the types of dining encountered in Corporate Catering. These offerings are designed to inspire and illustrate how CCS can develop a unique solution for you. Cook & Serve solutions fall into two types, fixed servery and mobile front-of-house cooking. We have put together a selection of innovative offerings which cover both options and believe that our mobile front-of-house products in particular, will allow Corporate Caterers to introduce the theatre of live cooking in almost any environment. These products offer maximum flexibility as you can simply plug them into a 13 amp socket and some even have their own in-built extraction to minimise food odours and cooking fumes. The products are modular, from a plug-in induction hob to a multi-station, multi-function cooking suite with extraction. Our fixed systems are again offered on a modular basis and can be configured to your exact requirements. We work with our expert supplier partners to ensure that you receive the best advice in choosing an option which serves your needs. CCS recognises the complex operational issues involved in Corporate Catering. From state-of-the-art business & industrial complexes to listed buildings, there are major issues relating to the transportation of food, drink & service items from kitchen to point-of-service. The issues relating to food transportation involve distance, time and temperature control and need to be resolved whilst ensuring integrity and safety of the food. The area of transportation is a complex one and will often require specific expertise, particularly where issues relating to temperature control and HACCP procedures are concerned. There is also the option to have a built-in refrigeration plant. 1/1 Delivery Cart 1/1 Delivery Cart The stainless steel delivery cart is for in-house transportation and distribution of food. It is available in two versions; heated and refrigerated. The well size is for 1/1 Gastronorm containers and the carts are available for up to 4 x 1/1 Gastronorm. Hold O Mat This cook-and-hold oven can be used for slow cooking or to hold cooked meat and fish prior to service. The oven temperature can range from room temperature to 120 o c and complies with HACCP Guidelines. The Hold o Mat comes in single or double version and is sized to gastronorm dimensions. Varithek Servocool Hot O Mat Rieber Thermoplate The principle of the Thermoplates as containers is that they can be used for storage, preparation, cooking, distribution and serving and are made to Gastronorm dimensions to ensure consistency and maximum flexibility for customers. The Thermoplates on contact with food to direct the cooking and cooling energy straight back to the food, hence keeping food hot, warm or cold. Over the last 5 years we have created solutions in wood, silver, glass, and porcelain. Sometimes we have had to use a combination of materials to achieve the best product. Take the canapé tray opposite. We asked one of our customers what area of service gave him the most problems. He replied canapé service, because many of the trays etc used for canapé service are heavy, or very expensive if you want something different. That s why we have not only offered a whole selection of ideas but actually invented a canape service tray, which is light, multi-functional and you can change your tray top options. We also try to find the most innovative suppliers who bring something new and exciting to the industry. We recently discovered Rolldrap, a 100% cotton napkin which is disposable and comes on a roll.
