With the latest CNC machinery and CAD software the doors are precision built to exacting standards. Virtuoso doors offer a high lever of security, with increased resistance to forced entry. The Virtuoso door slab has reinforced GRP skins as standard and has passed the rigours of PAS24 in line with the Approved Document Q. The 70mm lead free PVCu outer frames are fully reinforced for added strength and security. High security locks and fittings are used as standard on all Virtuoso doors, without compromise. The 44mm composite door leaf is constructed with fibre glass skins for a beautiful timber-like appearance and a polyurethane core for greater thermal efficiency. Our Virtuoso composite door has been designed to be beautiful, practical and easy to maintain. 7 GLAZING 07 GLAZING CONFIGURATION Beautiful Decorative Glass Options We have a huge range of decorative glass designs to suit your home. GLAZING DESIGN NOTES BACKING GLASS TRIPLE GLAZED LEAD & FILM * The beautifully hand-assembled and soldered centre panes have the benefit of triple glazing preventing oxidisation or discolouring of the lead. The easy clean units also provide superior heat and sound insulation. This process incorporates self adhesive lead and colour film to replicate traditional stained glass designs. See disclaimer below. Stippolyte Minster RESIN BEVELS GLASS BEVELS * Designs which are complex yet delicate, using the latest technology these unique designs cannot be reproduced by any other process. Incorporating hand-crafted glass bevels which are applied to the glass and finished with lead work. See disclaimer below. GLASS TILES GEORGIAN GRILL * Cotswold Contora These designs incorporate either kiln fused glass tiles or sparkling clear bevels on a sandblasted effect base glass. Our Georgian Grill is on the internal and external face of the door. Pick from one of our backing glass options to complement the door. SANDBLAST Sandblasted glass is created using abrasives to create a frosted glass effect. Sandblasting can achieve both a traditional or contemporary look for your home. Visible lines are clear. DOUBLE GLAZED * Commonly used in rear doors, our double glazed glass option achieves a simple but stylish look and helps maximise the amount of light in your home. Digital Charcoal All glazing styles depicted with an asterisk (*) require a backing glass. Lead is a natural product which when exposed to the environment will undergo certain atmospheric transformations such as oxidisation. This is perfectly natural and will eventually settle down to take on a natural weathered lead appearance.
