2 This recipe is Chocolate Magic, and we ve got two really amazing combinations happening here. We ve got the avocado-cacao combo, which is an ancient combination. All around this whole property is avacado-cacao. They grow together. They re both New World plants that have been grown together since the beginning of time. Then we have the combination of chocolate and mushrooms. In Aztec cosmology, that was symbolized by an interesting icon, a circle with a dot. The circle with a dot in European astrology is the symbol of the sun. In European alchemy, it s the symbol of gold. In Aztec cosmology, it s the symbol of chocolate with a mushroom. That s what we re doing with Chocolate Magic. We re bringing those two combinations together. We ll get the creaminess from the avocado. We re going to make it cold. You can also make this recipe hot. We ve got gynostemma tea. You could also use a mushroom tea. We re going to blend all these amazing ingredients together with the tea - the chocolate, avocado, almond butter, mushrooms, vanilla... We re going to bring everything together to make a delicious drink that will activate immunity.
3 These medicinal mushrooms are all about your immune system. They re food for your immune system, for your joints, and for your liver. They re great sources of energy. With the mycelium products, a 24-mushroom blend, and these mycelium biomass products, we re using fast-growing, young biomass. They re freeze dried, raw, and young. In the beginning of time, we couldn t access the part of the tree mushroom that was inside the tree. Reishi and Chaga are tree mushrooms. This part would come out of the tree, but we couldn t get into the tree. We couldn t eat the tree part, so we wouldn t get the medicines that were inside the tree. This mushroom is just the reproductive body of the actual mushroom organism. Most of the organism is in that log. Finally, they figured out how to inoculate them into an organic rice medium. We could cook out all of the competing bacteria and fungi and then inoculate it with reishi to get all parts of the mushroom. That discovery was a real breakthrough in herbalism that gave us access to the unique sugars that are normally present only in that mycelium biomass that aren t in the fruiting bodies. There is a voluminous amount of research on the medicinal and health-giving properties of that part of the tree part of the mushroom, that part that s in the wood. So now we can take the mushroom-chocolate combination into the 21st century. Let s get started. At the bottom of this recipe we have avocado. You recall that chocolate was money in ancient times, cacao beans were money. They used to take the avocado pit and carve them into cacao beans, paint them to look like cacao beans, and pass them off as counterfeit money. The avocado-cacao thing has been
4 going on for awhile. We ve got quite a bit of Arriba Nacionale chocolate here. This is the best commercially available, organic chocolate powder there is. You can tell by smelling it. We ll put in about 2 tablespoons. Now we start into the mushrooms. This is the 24-mushroom blend. I consume this stuff like food. This is a safe food for a child who has never even eaten food. It s that safe for that young of an age. This is probably the safest food in the whole world. We ve actually figured out that you can cook rice, get all the competing bacteria out, and then inoculate it with a live organism which goes in and eats the rice. Then you can feed the final product to someone who is 90 years old and has never eaten an herb ever. You can feed it to a baby, and they can digest it. And it s immunological. It s a sophisticated immune system food, because it has 24 different freeze dried medicinal mushrooms. Imagine the broad array of immunological defense that s available in here. Now the chocolate is the dilator here. It s the delivery system. It ensures that you ll eat the mushrooms. If it s in something else, maybe sprinkled on salad, you might take a pass. But if it s in chocolate, you ll eat the chocolate. Here we have reishi by itself. We ll pop that in. And we have chaga mycelium, which is an interesting product. Chaga comes in different forms. It comes wild. It s also the laboratory form, that s the mycelium biomass. That s the one we re using here. This is a young mycelium biomass. It has a broad spectrum of activity. A lot of the research on mushrooms has been conducted on the mycelium biomass. Over here we have lucuma. This is the great egg fruit. I have egg fruits all around here at NoniLand. It s one of my favorites. I love it. We ll put some in there as a non-

We have fat going in now with the almond butter, and we have to bring the sugar and the fat together. The lucuma will do that. They ve known that trick in South America forever. That s why they always put lucuma in their ice cream. Ice cream has the fat and sugar, and they know they have to bridge the gap. This is Cordyceps mycelium biomass. This is a very powerful single mycelium here. This is what most of the athlete s use. If they say they re on cordyceps, this is the type of product they re using. We re getting a lot of mushrooms here. Over here we have vanilla. What a delight to have vanilla in this form, as a raw powder. We can pop it in with our chocolate. Always be careful with vanilla about overdosing. Measure it out and don t use too much, because it can throw the flavor. I ll take one or two pinches of Arctic Sea salt just to bottom it out. And then over here we have our NoniLand honey. In my opinion, no recipe is complete without honey. Now we have the chocolate-avocado combo, the chocolate-mushroom combo, and chocolate-honey! That s magical. That s why we call it Chocolate Magic. Let s put a lot of honey in there. I love the chocolate-honey combo. In fact, this is what it s all about here at NoniLand. It s a chocolate and honey farm. That s why we re having so much fun here, because the good times are with chocolate and honey. Now we ll put our gynostemma tea in there. This is an immunological tea. It s a
6 super subtropical-to-tropical leaf that comes from the south central region of China. The Chinese Academy of Scientists starting looking at this 50 years ago. Next thing they knew, they realized it is perhaps the most powerful of all Chinese herbs. Finally, we add our spring water and we re ready to blast off. Let s see what we can do All right. Let s see what we ve got. This is going to be a chocolatey delight. It s looking good. I can see that the avocado has thickened it up beautifully. Ooh! That s nice. It s wonderful, very mellow.
