With intense heat applied from the upper and lower baking plates each pizza will have a perfectly golden finish with a delicious fully cooked centre. Create crepes, cook full breakfasts and burgers in this one clever machine. Recipe suggestions are included for pizza bases and various toppings to stimulate creative minds. Before using your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill read this user guide carefully and retain for future reference. 2

4 Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill parts Before using your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill for the first time make sure that it is thoroughly clean and dry. Please follow the cleaning instructions on page 4 of this user guide. 5 Before using your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill Before using your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill for the first time make sure that you: Remove the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill from its packaging. Clean the baking plates with a soft damp cloth and then thoroughly dry. Completely unwind the mains cable. Place the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill on a dry level heat resistance surface away from any other appliances or objects. Always coat the baking plates with a little oil spray before every use. Your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill is now ready to use. Cleaning your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill Follow these simple steps to clean and maintain your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill: 1. Turn your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill OFF by unplugging it from the mains. 2. Allow the machine to completely cool down. 3. Open the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill and wipe away any excess mixture on the baking plates with a soft damp cloth and then dry with a kitchen/paper towel. Make sure that each cavity on the top and bottom baking plates are thoroughly cleaned and dried. 4. Once your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill is clean and dry it is ready to be packed back in its box ready for the next use. 5. NEVER immerse the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill in water, other liquids or use in a dishwasher. There is danger to life due to risk of electric shock. 6. NEVER use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (e.g. scrubbing brush or a knife) for cleaning. 4

6 Operating your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill 1. Ensure your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill is clean and dry. 2. Position your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill on a flat surface or table close to a plug socket. 3. Plug the power lead into a suitable plug socket; switch the machine on via the red switch on the front. 4. Close your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill and pre-heat it for a few minutes. The green and red lights will be illuminated indicating that the machine is preheating. When the green indicator light switches off the machine is ready to use. 5. You can change the temperature of the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill by turning the dial on the front of the machine from low to high heat. 6. Once ready to use make sure that each plate has been coated with an oil spray. REMEMBER that the baking plates are very hot; do not touch these with your hands. 7. On a clean and dry surface sprinkle a little flour and roll out your pizza dough. Add your chosen toppings to the pizza dough. 8. Carefully insert the pizza to the bottom casing of your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill. 9. Carefully close the lid and clip shut the latch and allow your pizza to bake for at least 8 minutes before checking it. 10. If you want to turn your Pizza Oven into a grill just open the lid at a 90 degree angle and pull it up and out. The lid will now open out flat so it will be level with the bottom baking plate, creating your Multi-Grill! 11. Steam will come out of the machine as your pizza cooks, this is normal. 12. During cooking the temperature regulating thermostat maintains an even temperature. You may therefore notice the indicator light flickering. 13. After 8 minutes you can open the machine to see how your pizza is cooking. If your pizza looks golden and the centre is fully cooked then it is ready. If not simply close the lid for another 2-3 minutes. 14. Once your pizza is ready switch off the machine and leave to cool for a few minutes before removing it with a wooden, silicone or plastic utensil. 15. 7 Recipes & Suggestions Pizza Dough You can always use shop bought readymade pizza dough or you can even cook readymade fresh or frozen pizzas in your Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill. Ingredients: 500g of plain flour 400ml of warm water 1 teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon of dried yeast Tomato purée 200g of mature cheddar Method: 1. Put the flour and salt in the bowl and mix the yeast into the water. Wait 5 minutes before using the liquid to see if the yeast is working little bits will start to rise to the top and you ll know it s active. 2. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and salt and mix until it all comes together in a ball. If it is still sticky add 1-2 tablespoons of flour. 3. Knead the dough for 7-10 minutes. Try not to add too much flour when kneading. 4. Oil a bowl and place the dough into it. Turn it over so that the dough is lightly covered with oil. Cover tightly with cling film and place a tea towel over the top. Place the dough in a warm place until it has double in size, this may take between 2-4 hours depending on the temperature. 5. Once ready to use roll the dough out on to a lightly floured surface. The dough will be slightly sticky. 6. Top the dough with tomato puree then sprinkle over your cheese and any other desired toppings. 7. Place into the machine and leave for 10 minutes before checking. Your pizza should be ready within 15 minutes. 6

8 Recipes & Suggestions Omlette Ingredients: 3 large eggs Pinch of salt 2-3 sliced mushrooms 40g of grated cheese 2 sheets of wafer thin ham (shredded) Method: 1. Preheat the machine on to the highest setting. 2. Beat together all of the eggs. 3. Add in the mushrooms and shredded ham and mix together. 4. Open the Pizza Oven & Multi-Grill and spray with a little spray oil. Pour the mix into the bottom casing and close the lid. 5. Leave the omelette to cook for 3-4 minutes. 6. Use a spatula to remove the omelette from the machine, serve immediately. 7
