Succulent Chocolates specializes in creating chocolate experiences with our team building events, chocolate pairings and death by chocolate events. My hope is to provide an opportunity for our clients to see, taste and understand chocolate in a whole new way. 3 All of our delicacies are hand crafted and produced in house at our state-of-the-art chocolate laboratory. We take pride in creating chocolates and confections that look beautiful and will awaken your senses with bold and natural flavours To achieve this level of product quality, we use only natural ingredients. Our delicacies are made with 35% cream, butter, 100% real fruit and real whole nuts. These natural ingredients are what create the ultimate flavour profiles that ensure that one small bite has a big impact. Dulce de Leche Spread is the perfect combination of sweet and salty with a savory twist. A caramel spread infused with crushed sage leaves and sea salt. Granola Bites are hand crafted with oats, organic agave syrup, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, raisins, apricots, brown sugar, honey, cocoa butter, flax seeds, chia seeds and coated with 54% Belgium dark chocolate. Hazelnut Clusters are hand crafted with house-made caramelized hazelnuts, 54% dark chocolate and crunchy crêpe pieces. Ice Wine Truffles have a liquid center created with pure Canadian Ice Wine. Mint Meltaways are created with natural peppermint oil and 54% Dark Belgium Chocolate. Products Almond Coconut Butter is created with whole raw almonds, coconut flakes and coconut oil. The combination of coconut adds an unique flavour and prevents this spread from solidifying; like traditional almond butters. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread is created with 64% Dark Chocolate, house made caramelized hazelnuts and creamy butter. Chocolate Bonbons are hand painted and filled with ganache created with real cream, butter and natural flavours. Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is a chocolate lover s dreams come true! This decadent balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is reduced and infused with the highest quality 58% dark chocolate for the perfect balance of sweet and savory! This vinegar becomes an instant marinade for red meat, salmon or even roasted veggies. For dessert; drizzle over vanilla bean gelato, fresh berries or strawberry shortcake. Crunchy Pecan Butter Toffee is hand-crafted with creamy butter for the perfect crunch factor. Coated with 54% dark chocolate and crushed pecans. Dark Chocolate Mendiants are created with pure 54% Dark Belgium Chocolate and topped with pecans, cranberries and dried apricots. Origin Chocolate Sticks are hand piped with chocolate from around the world and topped with real fruits, spices & nuts. Perfect for chocolate and wine pairing! Pate de Fruit is a French confection made with real fruit (Raspberry or Passion Fruit). Plantation Chocolate Bars are made with cacao from the Alto el Sol Plantation in the amazon jungle in Peru. Protected by the lush environment of a Peruvian nature park are the 1000 year old Criollo cacao trees, yielding the most delicate cacao beans in the region. The high quality of Alto el Sol beans would be wasted without the work of the Saavedra del Castillo family, who have mastered the art of growing, fermenting and drying cacao, for generations. Chocolate manufacturer, Cacao Barry, transforms these beans into the finest organic 65% dark couverture chocolate which Succulent Chocolates and Sweets uses to handcraft each chocolate bar. The balanced combination of fruity flavors and acidity crates a chocolate bar of unparalleled intensity. 5 Workshops Chocolate Demonstration & Hands-On Truffle Workshop (On-Site or at our Chocolate Lab) 90 MINS During this 90 minute workshop, our chocolatier will demonstrate the step by step process on how we make our hand painted bonbons (including painting the shell, making the ganache, and demolding the bonbons). Your team will learn how the cacao bean is grown and processed through a guided chocolate tasting of origin chocolates from around the world. Each team member will have the opportunity to make and take home a box of their own truffles. Taste an assortment of our hand crafted bonbons and confections. Our workshops are available for intimate groups of 8 or 30+. We will welcome your team in our state-of-the-art chocolate lab or set up in the comfort of your own space. Artisan Bonbon Workshop (Only available at our Chocolate Lab) 3 HOURS During this workshop award winning chocolatier, Chef Sandra Abballe, will demonstrate how she created Canada s Best Bonbon. She will explain the artisanal and scientific method of making chocolate and how she transforms chocolate into art through her hands-on chocolate demo. She will also lead you through the process of creating your own hand painted bonbons. Your team will learn how the cacao bean is grown and processed though a guided chocolate tasting of origin chocolates from around the world. Taste an assortment of our hand crafted bonbons and confections. Each team member will have the opportunity to make and take home a box of 28 hand painted bonbons. 7 Challenges Sculpture Challenge (On-Site) 60 MINS Looking to start a little friendly competition with your team? Our Chocolate Sculpture Challenge will determine which team can effectively communicate under pressure to build the tallest freestanding sculpture made entirely of chocolate. After a short demonstration on how to work with chocolate, your team will be given only 30 minutes to create and build a structurally sound chocolate sculpture. Upon completion you must take the nerve-wracking walk with the sculpture to the judging table to present your product. The chocolate sculpture will be judged based on team work, cleanliness and creativity and height. While the judges convene you will taste an assortment of our hand painted bonbons and confections. Special chocolate prizes are given to the winning team but everyone goes home a winner with an artisan chocolate bar. Ideal for both small groups of 12 or larger groups of 65+ Chocolatiers Challenge (On-Site) 90 MINS During this 90-minute team building challenge, your team s creativity and communication skills will be put to the test. Your mission: to build your own chocolate business and successfully pitch the dragons. First, you ll start with the basics, each team will be given their target market segment to build their chocolate business concept and brand identity From there, it s time to roll up your sleeves and get your hands in some chocolate. Our chocolatiers will walk you though the process of truffle making. Each team member will have the opportunity to make and take home a box of his/her own truffles. Then you ll need to develop your packaging and 2 minute pitch for the dragons Taste an assortment of our chocolate confections while your team members are battling it out for the title of Master Chocolatier Ideal for both small groups of 12, or larger groups of

8 Chocolate Parings with Wine, Scotch and Tea Pairings Chocolate we ve grown up eating it yet not many of us truly understand where it comes from or how it s harvested. Did you know that chocolate is one of the most complex foods, having over 750 flavour compounds? It comes from different regions around the world creating multiple flavour profiles. Chef Sandra selects the chocolate that best accentuates the bold personalities of each medium (wine, scotch or tea). Each of these mediums are similar to chocolate in that they carry multiple flavor compounds. We have sourced out the best experts in each field to develop the ultimate chocolate pairing experiences. Guests will receive knowledge from the chocolate perspective and from an expert sommelier. Whether you have an intimate group of 12 or a crowd of 100, we can arrange a pairing party to suit your needs. Sensory Chocolate and Wine Awakenings Experience We are constantly exposed to different flavours, yet the average person does not know how to properly identify them. In this experience we will provide you with the tools to better understand how our 5 senses are impacted by the flavours of chocolate and wine. Explore the eye of a wine while identifying the colour. Take in the aroma of the origin chocolates and the nose of the wine. Using scent vials we will explore the multiple scents found in wine and chocolate and how that impacts the flavours we taste. Bite into the artisan chocolates while sipping your wine and feel the textures on your palette. Using texture pads we will explore how those textures will actually feel on your palette. Bringing all of these components together we will better comprehend the unique flavour profiles of chocolate and wine and how they compliment each other

9 Death by Chocolate Tasting Station Taste an assortment of our hand painted award winning chocolates and confections. Your guests will have the opportunity to see, taste and understand chocolate in a new way by interacting with our chocolatiers. Truffle Making Station - Our chocolatier will hand roll truffles for your guests on the spot. Your guests will have the opportunity to customize their own truffles by choosing from a selection of many toppings. Drink of the Gods Station - This European style sipping chocolate is extra thick and decadent! Our sipping chocolate is made with 58% pure French chocolate. This delicacy is served warm in a shot glass, topped with a dollop of chantilly cream and a chocolate garnish. Chocolates of the World Station - Discover the unique flavour profiles of single origin chocolates that have been sourced from different regions around the world. S Mores Station - We will bring everything needed for your guests to roast their own hand made marshmallows and create the ultimate s more! Chocolate Pairing Station - Chocolate is perfect for Wine, Scotch and Tea pairings! Chocolate Centerpieces & Showpieces - Let us transform an ordinary centerpiece into an edible work of art!
