Guests will be placed into groups with each team given a mystery box of raw ingredients.

Guests are treated to a visual spectacle as our talented chefs demonstrate their superb culinary skills on the teppan with a seven course set menu. Enjoy a bottle of NV G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne as you welcome in the New Year. Available from 6.00pm $245 per adult which includes a bottle of NV G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne per couple.
