2 2 WHO WE ARE Dluu Fresh Agri Processing, a division of Dlulyza Investments is a 100% black owned BBBEE Level 1 enterprise based in Pretoria West and branches in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo Province and Emalahleni, Mpumalanga Province. The company commenced operation in 2006 and its main focus is the packaging and processing of fresh and frozen agricultural produce e.g. vegetables and fruit as well as other goods which include rice, maize meal, flour, pasta, salt, sugar, etc. Our vision is to be one of the most professional packaging, supply and delivery companies around all nine provinces of South Africa. Our mission is to render quality services to government, private
3 3 MORE ABOUT US OBJECTIVE In order to achieve our mission and vision our company has four main objectives which are: To be professional at all times dealing with current and potential clients To always be honest and ethical in all our business transactions To remain an independent company giving 100% service to our clients To always meet the expectation of our clients Dluu Fresh Agri Processing has been supplying parastatals, hospitals, clinics and other companies with freshly cut vegetables, fruit and salad greens since 2006 and prides itself on its track record. Dluu Fresh Agri Processing commenced operation in 2006 and has been supplying parastatals, hospitals, clinics and other companies with freshly cut vegetables, fruit and salad greens. We offer a range of technologies to assist with controlled atmospheric storage and modified atmospheric packaging to maintain a freshly packaged appearance. Our cold storage facility is able to store large scale bulk quantities of all type of fruits and vegetables as well as meat an added advantage is that we are able to store frozen vegetables for a determined time period. Other products that we can supply are dry food rations, please contact us for more details on these rations. Our client reference list is available on request. For further processing we have chilling, freezing and coating technologies to ensure a high quality value added product. Our storage facility includes a cold room and our delivery trucks are all fitted with cold storage by ISO Bodies. Contact Us
4 4 SERVICES OUR SERVICES THAT WE OFFER Core Supply We supply fresh fruits, fresh, processed and frozen vegetables, fresh salads, poultry, red meat and various fish both fresh and frozen. Secondary Supply Our secondary supply includes kitchen equipment and cleaning materials. Retail We do van sales to retail shops. We are able to deliver any quantity of high quality fruits and vegetables to your outlets anywhere within South Africa. The diagram below shows our processing plant based at the Tshwane Fresh Produce Market which yields the required orders according to specifications as per our respective clients orders. Processing We do fruit and vegetable processing at our facility. Storage We pride ourselves on our hygienically clean storage system that is regularly inspected by several government bodies. 5 5 OUR PRODUCT RANGE VEGETABLES We offer a wide gamut of fresh vegetables which include Tomatoes, Lettuces, Beans, Pumpkin, Chilli Peppers, Lemons, Cauliflower, Spinach, Carrot, Onion, Potatoes, Broccoli, Sweet Corn, Cucumbers, Beetroot, Celery and many more. We are engaged in supplying a wide quality of vegetables to our clients. These vegetables are highly appreciated by diet conscious people because of low calorie fibre content. Stringent quality tests are conducted to ensure the freshness and quality of our vegetables. These products at available at market related prices. We are also able to supply any or all of these vegetables frozen.

7 7 OUR PRODUCT RANGE FRUIT PRECISION VEGETABLE CUTTING & PREPARATION The fruit and vegetables that we handle are undamaged, stay fresh, won t oxidise and retain their nutritional value and essential nutrients.. DIFFERENT CUTS OF VEGETABLES We offer various vegetable cutting techniques which include fine cut, coarse cut, julienne, wave cut, cubed, brunoise, waffle cut, curly cut, sliced and grated. STORAGE OF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS Our cold storage facilities ensures that fruits and vegetables can be stored for a longer period and delivered to you with no deterioration in quality. HANDLING OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES Careful handling of the produce before We offer a fresh and nutritious range of fruits. Our range includes Watermelons, Plumbs, Bananas, Sweet Melons, Peaches, Apples, Strawberries, Pears, Mangoes, Oranges, Nectarines, Mandarins, Kiwis and Grapes which is available in all sizes cut to order. Our fresh fruits are available at market related prices for a wide range of customers and delivered to outlets in various provinces. Fruit and vegetable seasonality requires us to handle a variety of products whose characteristics, quality and yield are dependent upon timely harvesting. being transferred to cold storage is of utmost importance to us to reduce any possible damage to the produce. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCE Our produce is packaged in such a way that it can be loaded and unloaded easily and safely. We are able to deliver our produce in all nine provinces. 10 10 LOGISTICS WE DELIVER COUNTRY-WIDE Our refrigerated fleet of trucks are loaded from a specialised storage area to assure the continuation of the cold chain which is extremely important when transporting freshly packed fruit and vegetables as well as meat. The size of our fleet and flexible routing allows us to reply rapidly to our customers requests.
