1 Soneva Club Benefits Validity: from June 2016 until further notice OBJECTIVE In order to continue to provide our most loyal guests with benefits they most appreciate, including special Soneva Club member benefits. POLICY 1. The number of visits to Soneva at which stage a Club Membership should be offered will be 4 stays. 2. The Soneva Repeaters Journey benefits will be offered to anyone who stays on the 2nd or 3rd time. 3. The SLOWLIFEr s Journey benefits will be offered to all Soneva Club Members (4 visits and over). 4. A Soneva Club Member will be given 10% off his room booking. 5. On the 4th, 5th and 6th visit: a. $350 resort credit will be given on a minimum 7 night stay b. For an additional 7 nights, an additional $350 resort credit will be given (maximum of 14 nights) c. Credit does not apply for room rate 6. On the 7th, 8th and 9th visit: a. $500 resort credit will be given on a minimum 7 night stay b. For an additional 7 nights, an additional $500 resort credit will be given (maximum of 14 nights) c. Credit does not apply for room rate 7. For the 10th visit and onwards: a. $1000 resort credit will be given on a minimum 7 night stay b. For an additional 7 nights, an additional $1000 resort credit will be given (maximum of 14 nights) c. Credit does not apply for room rate 8. Resort credits will apply irrespective to source of booking. OPERATIONS 1. All journeys need to be pre-approved by the General Managers of the resorts. 2. Soneva Repeaters Journey and SLOWLIFEr Journey for Soneva Fushi, Soneva Kiri and Soneva Jani are attached below. 3. If the guest has a package that already includes a complimentary dinner, then that value in wine will be offered to the guest.

2 SONEVA FUSHI Repeaters journey (2nd or 3rd visit) 1. Soneva Touch A holistic massage for 60 min; or A foot acupressure for 60 min. 2. Soneva Taste A three course dinner at Down to Earth; or A three course dinner at Fresh in the Garden; or A three course dinner at By the Beach ** If the guest has a complimentary meal included in rate, then the value in wine will be offered to the guest 3. Soneva Sound Soneva sleep music compilation 4. Soneva Sight A Sunset cocktail and canapés at Bar(a)bara; or A Sunset cocktail and canapés on the beach. 5. Soneva Smell An aromatic bath for two in the villa; or Maldivian cooking class with our specialty Chef. All Soneva Repeater guests will also receive a special gift to take home.

3 SONEVA KIRI Repeaters journey (2nd or 3rd visit) 1. Soneva Touch A ancient healing hands therapy for 60 min; or A soothing manicure or pedicure for 60 min. 2. Soneva Taste A three course dinner at The View; or A three course dinner at The Dining Room. ** If the guest has a complimentary meal included in rate, then the value in wine will be offered to the guest 3. Soneva Sound Soneva sleep music compilation 4. Soneva Sight A Sunset cocktail and canapés at The View or at The Beach. 5. Soneva Smell An aromatic bath for two in the villa; or Thai cooking class with our specialty Chef. All Soneva Repeater guests will also receive a special gift to take home.

4 SONEVA JANI Repeaters journey (2nd or 3rd visit) 1. Soneva Touch Intuitive Therapy 60 mins. 2. Soneva Taste A three course set dinner at Deckadence; or A three course set dinner at So Starstruck. ** If the guest has a complimentary meal included in rate, then the value in wine will be offered to the guest 3. Soneva Sound Soneva sleep music compilation. 4. Soneva Sight A Dolphin Cruise with Canapés and Champagne. 5. Soneva Smell An aromatic bath for two in the villa; or Cooking class with our specialty Chef(Vietnamese, Thai, Indian). All Soneva Repeater guests will also receive a special gift to take home.

L Local Take the exclusive opportunity to visit to the local islands of Edyafushi Island or Malhos and enjoy a taste of Maldivian culture. O Organic Let us take you on a SLOWLIFE culinary journey with an Organic Vegetable Garden Lunch for two people. W Wellness Enjoy either a 60 min tailor made therapeutic full body and scalp holistic massage; or 60 min soothing facial using plant extracts including Roman chamomile, rose and lavender flower essences. L Learning A stargazing experience at our Ever Soneva So Celestial. I Inspiring A three course dinner at Down to Earth or at Fresh in the Garden or at By the Beach with a recipe of your favorite dish and special Maldivian spices to take home. L Local Enjoy a visit to the local island of Koh Mai Si and take the opportunity to explore the honey farm and how pearls are polished into perfection before being made into jewellery. O Organic An unforgettable experience with a wholesome SLOW Lunch for two (2) at our organic herb and vegetable garden. W Wellness Enjoy either a 60 min tailor made therapeutic full body and scalp energizer massage; or 60 min purifying facial with flower essences, active clays and plant extracts of lavender, lemon and tea tree. O Organic An unforgettable experience with a wholesome SLOW Lunch for two (2) at our organic herb and vegetable garden.
