Beverage will be served by the glass and one at a time, while at the resorts restaurants and bars. Guests booked under the same room must all be on the same All Inclusive or Premium All Inclusive plan. Alcoholic drinks will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. Management will have the right not to serve or stop serving alcoholic drinks to inebriated guests. There are no refunds or substitutions and none of the benefits can also be transferred to another person and no accumulation of any entitlement if not used, to the next day. 2/ Guests on All Inclusive or Premium All Inclusive package are required to sign the bills raised at outlets to acknowledge the consumption. However, guests will not be charged for any item that falls under All Inclusive or Premium All Inclusive Plan they have paid for. The package is available for the entire duration of the stay and starts immediately after check in and ends at 1200hrs on departure day. Kindly note that any charges that is not part of the All Inclusive OR Premium All-inclusive package, should be paid direct to resort prior to departure. All other periods: Cancellation within 30 days prior to dates of stay booked = 25% of the total invoiced will be charged. Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked = 50% of the total invoiced will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the total invoiced will be charged. No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% of the total invoiced will be charged.
