Prices do not include hiring of additional staff and event equipment (tables, chairs etc) if needed. Booking confirmation Dates will be held and confirmed when a 50% deposit is paid. Payment terms 10% non-refundable confirmation deposit. Final balance to be paid 30 days prior to function. Cancellation policy 10% or US$1000 charge, whichever is greater, if cancelled up to 90 days prior to function. 50% charge if cancelled up to 21 days prior to function. 75% charge if cancelled up to 72 hours prior to function. No refund after 72 hours prior to function. In the event that we cannot safely perform the event due to a hurricane or tropical storm we will attempt to reschedule the event. If this is not possible and all arrangements must be cancelled we will refund all deposits except the 10% deposit. Administration fees to be charged for refund processing e.g. credit card fees and bank charges. For all property buy-out cancellation conditions, please contact your event coordinator. Food and Beverage All food and beverage is provided by The Caves. No outside vendors are allowed to cook or prepare food unless agreed prior to event. Should external beverages be supplied, corkage fee will apply. Food tastings are arranged complimentary up to two persons when confirmation deposit is paid. Vendors Decorators and entertainers can have access to the property on the day of the function and are required to remove all props, decorations, and equipment immediately when the function ends. Storage is available overnight for a limited amount of items until they are removed the following day. Any vendors requiring meals on the day of function are to be confirmed by the client and charged at a special pre-arranged rate.
