Our room rental fees are listed below & are required as a deposit to reserve the space. The deposit is non-refundable. The final balance is due in full five days before your event. Our facility is air-conditioned & wheel chair accessible. Room rental discounts are offered with catering minimums. 3 The Melody Ballroom welcomes outside catering with a fee of $24 per person for buffets, $29 per person for family style & $30 per person for plated dinners plus 20% gratuity. All services on the front page are provided including set-up, clean-up, servers, service ware, basic centerpieces, & non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverage service must be served by the Melody Ballroom staff. We require a certificate of insurance from your caterer with the Melody Ballroom listed as the Named Insured. While the Melody Ballroom will provide exemplary service for outside catered food, we cannot be responsible for the quality, quantity, or timeliness of delivery. : SE Alder St, Portland, OR

4 We offer a full service bar with beer, wine, & liquor. A service charge of 20% will be added to all beverage services. All bar service must be provided by the Melody Ballroom staff. Outside beer keg tappage fee = $250 per keg. Outside wine corkage fee = $15 per 750ml bottle. All outside beverage service must be pre-arranged. The prices include set-up, glassware, licensed servers, liquor license & insurance. At the Melody Ballroom we serve a range of west coast wines & we are able to acquire specific varieties upon request. Each case contains 12 (750ml) bottles or approximately 50 glasses. $250 per case We carry an array of beers including domestics, imports, local microbrews & a seasonal brew. Each keg contains 125 pints. $350 per keg $400 per keg Surpass your guests expectations by hosting a specialty cocktail such as a ginger-pear martini, blood orange margarita, or rosemary & gin lemonade. 5 Hold a ceremony for up to 300 people in the grand ballroom or up to 125 people in the lower ballroom.
