2 Wedding Receptions with Outside Catering Packages Include: Your choice of several unique and elegant function spaces Complimentary Valet at Legacy Lodge Special Room Rates for your Overnight Guests (minimum of 5 rooms) Complimentary Resort Gate Entrance Complimentary wedding night accommodations for the Bride and Groom,complete with Champagne All Outside Caterers must: Be approved by Lanier Islands Carry $1 million liability insurance Bring in food fully prepared (hotel is not able to allow the use of the hotel kitchen facilities to outside caterers) Client must sign a hold harmless waiver form with Lanier Islands There is a Food and Beverage minimum for your wedding reception for your venue. Please speak to our Sales Managers to determine the minimum (determined by the date and space). Hotel Policy on Outside Catering It is the policy of this hotel to discourage hotel patrons from purchasing food from sources other than the hotel and using the hotel kitchen facilities to prepare and serve food to other hotel guests. Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning and other health hazards. However, the hotel recognizes that for religious or other special reasons a hotel patron may have, it may be necessary to permit such purchases, preparation and service. In the event that a patron insists on purchasing, preparing or serving food, a signed waiver agreement must be provided in advance of the event, its agreement to accept the responsibility and abide by the terms set forth in the agreement.
