6 Smugala s Pizza Pub Watson Road Sunset Hills, MO (314) Banquet Room Information Thank you for inquiring about Smugala s Pizza Pub s Banquet Room. Listed below is information that may be of help to you when considering our banquet room. Booking the room: Please request a manager when calling to book the banquet room. Helpful information that will be requested from you will include: date and time of your party, type of event, team name if applicable, approximate number of guests, a phone number where you can be reached, and a credit card number (to reserve the room). Rental Fee: There is a $50.00 fee for the banquet room. We also reserve our front patio for a $50.00 charge. However, we cannot guarantee seating due to inclement weather. If a banquet room is available you may move your party inside for the same $50.00 fee. If a banquet room is not available you will be refunded your $50.00 and may reschedule for a later date. The fee is due at the time of booking your event. The fee will only be waived when you choose one of the buffet options. Please see buffet option below for more information. The banquet room is guaranteed for a 3 hour time period. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your party, you must call 2 weeks before the date of your party to cancel. If the party is booked less than 2 weeks before the date of the party, the party must be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the date of your party or after 24 hours of booking (which ever case applies to your situation), Smugala s reserves the right to charge the $50.00 rental fee to you for not following the cancellation policy. Bills: Alcoholic beverages can be put on a separate ticket. Subject to sales tax and 18% service charge. Buffet Options: Pizza and Appetizer Buffet $12.95 adults and $9.00 kids 10 & under (3 and under free) Appetizer Buffet $12.95 per person Cocktail Buffet $12.95 per person Dinner Buffet : $15.95 per person for Roast Top Round or $18.95 per person for Beef Modega (All buffet options are available with a 25 person minimum guarantee). The buffet is all you can eat with a 2 hour limit. There are no carry outs on the left over food. Open Bar Options: Includes beer (bottle or draft), bourbon, scotch, gin, vodka, rum, wine, soda, mixes, juices and garnishes. Ask a manager for details. Not opting for the Buffet Option: If you do not choose one of our buffet options, you are more than welcome to order food off the regular menu. Food can also be ordered in bulk off our catering menu, at a discounted price. However, when ordering from the bulk menu advanced notice may be required for certain items. Room Size: The big banquet room can comfortably seat approximately people and the small banquet room can comfortably seat approximately people. Decorations: Decorations are welcome in the banquet room, with the exception of any confetti. If the room is available before your party, you are also welcome to come early and decorate. Cake: You are welcome to bring your own cake.
