Booking Terms & Conditions The suite has been designed to offer all the ingredients for stylish entertaining with a moveable dance floor and attractive bar area. We can accommodate up to 200 guests for a banquet while still being able to offer restaurant style seating for those smaller, more intimate events. The room also offers comfortable sofas in which to relax, along with two fireplaces for the winter months. Deposits and Payment An initial deposit of 750 is payable to Woldingham Golf Club to secure your booking. Provisional reservations are held for 10 working days. Full booking terms and conditions are shown on the Wedding Booking Form which should be signed and returned together with the initial deposit to complete the booking process. Once the deposit is received, we will send you a Pro-Forma invoice setting out three stage payment in the months leading up to your wedding day.
