IMPORTANT INFORMATION SENDING MATERIAL IN ADVANCE If you have to send boxes or packages to the Club in advance of your meeting, it is important that we be notified and the shipment is to be clearly addressed as follows: FOREST AND STREAM CLUB 1800, ch. Bord-du-Lac Dorval, Québec, Canada H9S 2E6 Attention: Event Manager Group name Date of the meeting Name of the meeting room We accept delivery of goods between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Note that a handling fee of $2.00 per box will be charged if there more then 10 boxes (for example: 15 boxes = $30.00). If the boxes are not identified as indicated above, the Forest and Stream Club cannot be held responsible for any loss. 23 23
IMPORTANT INFORMATION CHANGE OF LOCATION The Club reserves the right to change the room the event is to be held in if numbers change substantially from original expectations, or due to a situation beyond the control of the Forest and Stream Club. Any modification to your initial request may change the rental fee for the room(s). Any changes of configuration at client s request occurring within 24 hours prior to the event will incur a fee of $80 PRICING Current federal and provincial taxes and administration fees (18%) will apply to room rentals, audio visual equipment, all food and beverages either ordered as an all-inclusive package or as à la carte items. The Club reserves the right to change the prices of menus and room rentals without prior notice. Prices are guaranteed for a period of thirty days (30) from the date of the signed contract. FOOD & BEVERAGES The Forest and Stream Club does not allow guests to bring any food or beverages into the Club. 24 24
IMPORTANT INFORMATION DRESS CODE Business attire or smart business casual. CANCELLATION POLICY Any function cancelled within two business days of the event will be charged in full. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY Any event charged a non-refundable deposit will forfeit the deposit if the event is cancelled once confirmed. LOSS & DAMAGE The Forest and Stream Club cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left by a function holder in the Club prior to, during or following an event. Any organization, member of guest holding a function will be held responsible for any damage or destruction of Club property and will be liable for the costs for repair or replacement. Organizations hosting events are responsible for their participants and their supppliers to the event. HOUSE RULES All guests visiting the Club must comply with the Club s House Rules and Alcohol Policy. A copy can be obtained from the Administration or from the Club s website. The organisation or individual holding the event is responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with House Rules. PARKING There is free and ample parking on site. 24 25
