High Lodge is a family run business entirely focused on providing an exceptionally high standard for your wedding. The principle aim of our caring and professional team is to ensure that you and your guests are able to simply relax and enjoy your celebration, secure in the knowledge that every detail will have been taken care of exactly as planned. THE CHAMPION SUITE Our light, bright and airy function room is suitable for wedding breakfasts from 20 180 guests and for up to 350 guests for an evening reception it offers a space flexible for your individual requirements. With a large terrace that is exclusive to you and your guests and a bar area with comfy seating we have the perfect space in which your guests can enjoy your day. CIVIL CEREMONIES The Champion Suite is also our licensed room for Ceremonies so why not spend a whole day with us. Your Wedding and Events Coordinator will be available throughout the build-up and ceremony to assist with anything you may need. We have built up a good relationship with the Registrars from Lowestoft Registry Office which we think can only enhance your special day by knowing we all work well together. Bespoke Weddings and Menus 2020 If our packages are not grabbing your attention then why not consider a bespoke wedding package created entirely to your individual requirements. This means your wedding is tailored specifically for you. We start with the essentials and with help from our fantastic catering team and our suppliers we create your dream wedding. The bespoke packages are based on a venue hire fee which includes the use of our Champion Suite and all the normal in house set up and facilities then you can build your menu based on our individually priced options. Please note that anyone playing at High Lodge must have a valid public liability certificate to cover the date of the wedding Lodge Accommodation Please ask for accurate prices Set amongst tranquil woodland and delightful Suffolk countryside are our traditional, luxury and Autograph selfcatering holiday lodges. We offer two locations for our holiday lodges, the first is set in grassland overlooking a well-stocked fishing lake or our Clay Wood site overlooks the golf course. The lodges offer a scenic and peaceful retreat whilst remaining within easy access of the Clubhouse and Champion Suite. Our holiday lodges sleep from 2 6 guests and each one has a private balcony. Our Water s Edge and Clay Wood Lodges also all have hot tubs. Late License Extension until 1am - 400.00 Last orders on the bar at 12.40pm DECIDING AND BOOKING YOUR WEDDING A visit to our venue is highly recommended to enable you to view the Champion Suite and meet with our team to discuss your plans further, this also enables us to provide you with a quote personalised to you and advise you on anything that may not have been covered in this pack If you would like to make a provisional booking we are able to hold a date for a maximum of 14 days after which a non-refundable deposit of 500.00 is required to confirm the booking.
