OUR STORY HENGCHEN - A Chinese word meaning - Display of Prosperity opened its doors in Dubai Motor City in 2010. We done done exceptionally well since then and grown from just one restaurant in 2010 to six, within a span of five years. Through continuous and conscious efforts, HENGCHEN remains a very popular Chinese Restaurant in Dubai and enjoys some premium locations of the city including; Dubai Motor City, Dubai Investment Park (Mall), Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina Walk, Business Bay, and Safeer Mall Sharjah.

SITE SELECTION You will be assisted in evaluating & finalizing the location for your business RESTAURANT DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION You will be provided with floor plans for your specific location or you may choose to hire our sister concern fit out/interior design company for a complete turnkey project transaction for your restaurant. EQUIPMENT ORDERING You will receive guidance on ordering your equipment package for timely delivery HIRING & TRAINING OF STAFF We will provide you with our full support and assistance to hire the required number of experienced and professionally trained staff. Once the staff is hired we will provide an intense training to them in order to make them ready to operate as per our successfully proven standard procedures. STRESS TESTING & LAUNCH Once everything is ready we will not leave you out there alone. Indeed, we will conduct a Pre-Launch stress Testing service for a trial period on your behalf with the help of your staff in order to get them familiarize with actual working conditions. OPERATIONS MANUAL HENGCHEN restaurants in-depth manual covers a full range of topics important to running your business. From backhand kitchen operations to front end customer service, everything is covered and a step by step approach is outlined to keep up with our set standards. In addition staff handbook will also be provided. BENEFIT FROM OUR EXPERTISE OPERATIONS REVIEW & REPORTING A team of specialized professionals will visit twice during a year and conduct an operational review. A copy of detailed report will be provided for corrective measures & value addition.
