Unfortunately, we generally do not allow you to bring an outside caterer. You will find below a copy of our banquet menus and prices for your review. Prices listed on the regular plate service and buffet menus are subject to applicable taxes and service charge (29.90%). The Banquet Package menus are priced inclusive of all taxes and service charge. Full bar service will be provided by the Centurion Center. Cash bar prices include all taxes, while Host bar prices are listed prior to taxes and service charge. If net bar sales are less than $400.00, a labour charge of $25.00 per hour, for a minimum of 4 hours per bartender will apply. You may bring in your own HOMEMADE wine for dinner service only. A corkage fee of $8.00 per bottle, plus 13 % H.S.T. will apply. You must purchase a "Special Occasions Permit" from the LCBO, and provide it to the Centurion Center prior to your event.
