Please note that the menus are only ideas and we would be happy to design a unique menu f you please let us know if you have any favourite dishes you would like to include. You are also welcome to add in to your menu an extra course, perhaps cheese and biscuits, a sbet course f example, additional options f the starter main courses. Please confirm your chosen your chosen menu when booking. Pre ders must be with the hotel no later than 10 days pri to the event.
Notes on Booking 1) Provisional bookings can be held f up to two weeks, within which time you are asked to confirm the booking in writing and with a deposit of 10 per person, as outlined below. 2) Your letter e mail of Confirmation must contain the following infmation:- *Confirmation of the party name and ganisers name *Confirmation of the date of the event *Name and address of the person responsible f payment of the account 3) Payment of account is required within seven days of the event. If credit is required- arrangements must be made with the hotel no less than four weeks pri. 4) Any event Cancelled within 12 weeks of its date will be liable to a fee of 50% of the estimated charges. 5) Final numbers and pre ders (menus C2 & C3) are required 10 days pri to the event. Please infm the hotel at this stage of any special dietary requirements f guests within your party. After the 7 days a small variation in numbers is acceptable, however *A charge of 50% will be made on any drop in numbers after midday the day pri. *Cancellations on the day non-arrivals will be charged in full. 6) It is not permitted f guests to bring onto the premises, consume on the premises, their own alcohol. 7) F legal reasons please infm the Hotel in advance of any members of the party under the age of 18 years. 8) All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change.
