While they are suggestions, we would be more than happy to design a menu to suit your particular needs. Please note that per ALA Show Management, Popcorn is not permitted on the show floor. The *20% taxable administrative fee and 6.25% state sales tax and 0.75% city sales tax will be added to food and beverage items. *The administrative fee does not represent a tip, gratuity, or service charge for wait staff employees, service Prices Subject to Change. Attendant Fee, when requested and required, $150.00 per attendant per minimum four hour shift, $37.50 per attendant per each additional hour. will only use biodegradable service ware for food and beverage functions held in the Convention Center exhibit hall. A 100% advance payment is required at the time your order is placed. Methods of payment accepted are American Express, Master Card or Visa. A $25 delivery charge will be added per delivery. A 10% late fee will be assessed on all orders not placed four weeks prior to the show s start date. On-site orders are subject to product availability. Re-orders of beverages may require forty-five minutes advance notice. Re-orders of food may require ninety minutes advance notice. Client is responsible for ordering all necessary electricity. Electricity must be ordered through the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

WAIVER POLICY Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is proud to have served as the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Boston Convention Exhibition Center since the building opened. As the exclusive provider for the BCEC, strictly prohibits any and all food and beverage, candy, logo water etc., from being brought into the Boston Convention Exhibition Center without prior authorization. In order to obtain authorization from to distribute any food and beverage item, one of the following conditions must exist: 1. The party interested in distributing food or beverage must be the manufacturer of said product. The interested party must only distribute SAMPLE sizes (2 oz of pre-packaged food items or 4 oz of non-alcoholic beverages) of his/her product. No cash sales of said product are allowed during the show. OR 2. The party interested in distributing food or beverage they do not manufacture must pay a $500.00 per day fee ($1 per logo bottled water) to in order for to waive its right to exclusivity under the Boston Exhibition Convention Center License Agreement. If a party brings unauthorized food or beverage into the Boston Convention Exhibition Center and does not subsequently meet one of the conditions listed above, the party must immediately remove the unauthorized items from their exhibit or meeting space. If this is not possible, will pick up the product from the party s exhibit or meeting space and hold it in storage until after the close of the event. Per Massachusetts laws and regulations, alcohol is not allowed to be brought into nor removed from the convention center.
