GERBEAUD GALA DINNER The Gerbeaud Café preserves the spirit of the ambitious gastronomy of Emil Gerbeaud up to the present. At Gerbeaud you will find just the setting you had in mind for your event, be it a press conference, meeting, reception, gala dinner or wedding. The Gerbeaud Gourmet Catering began its operation in 2000, when we opened our biggest assembly hall, the glass-roofed Atrium Hall. Since then we have organized hundreds of prosperous conferences, weddings, gala dinners, and corporate events within and outside of the Gerbeaud House. At our events we offer classic and renewed Hungarian and international dishes prepared from the highest-quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients, and using the latest kitchen technologies and equipment. We are proud of offering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests, from the crispy, fresh-baked breads prepared in our bakery to the final accord of Gerbeaud coffee and hand-made bon-bons. Gerbeaud Gourmet Catering gladly delivers to the client s location of choice outstanding Hungarian wines and food prepared in one of the country s best kitchens. For all offpremise events, we construct a mobile kitchen so that we can provide our guests with freshly-prepared, well-presented dishes. GASTRONOMICAL PROGRAMS GERBEAUD CHOCOLATE SALON People like chocolate because it causes happiness, helps digestion and of course very delicious. Your guests can discover the real taste of the best cocoa with this program they find all the variation of chocolate: chocolate cakes and sweets, creams, bonbons, chocolate bars, hot chocolate CAKE POP PREPARATION Not just the macaron fever spreads, but the cake-pop fanatism as well. From the prepared ingredients everyone can mix herself/himself the base on a stick than dip into chocolate, walnut, almond and can taste it right away or bring it home as a sweet memory. MACARON PREPARING Popular in France, a dessert morsel made from almond flour. Anyone who has ever tasted this unique dessert reminiscent of a meringue will understand immediately why it has become all the rage internationally. At Gerbeaud Cafe, macarons are available in chocolate, orange, raspberry, pistachio, poppy-seed blueberry, plum, lemon, hazelnut-bergamot, vanilla, coffee, salty-caramel-raspberry, cognac cherry and basil-lemon.
GASTRONOMICAL PROGRAMS ALTERNATIVE COFFEE MAKING Our professional barista shows two coffee preparation method, the perfect milk foam making, and forming. You can become acquainted with the Chemex filter coffee, you can compare the difference between the aeropress and frenchpress coffee, and you can get to know when the espresso is perfect. WINE TASTING With the assistance of our professional sommelier colleague you can get to know the wines of one specific wine region. During the presentation and tasting we offer 10 different wines. Themes: Tokaj dry and sweet wines, Furmint tasting, Kadarka tasting, wines from Eger wine region, wines from Balaton wine region, comparison of Eger and Szekszárd wine regions.
