Your Wedding at Trethorne Hotel & Golf Club Thank you for considering Trethorne Hotel & Golf Club as a possible setting for your special day. Please find enclosed details on the key ingredients that will go towards making your day with us just perfect, although I am sure there will be a number of questions that may be left unanswered. We would certainly recommend a no obligation initial meeting to cover all of the smaller details so that you can make a fully informed decision. Trethorne provides the perfect setting for your Civil Marriage Ceremony and Wedding Reception, with wonderful lakes and streams on the golf course for photographs and a comfortable 30 bedroom hotel for your guests. We are licensed for up to 75 guests for the Ceremony, can seat up to 84 guests for the Wedding Reception and over 150 for the evening. You will find details of our menu and drinks packages. These are simply a guide and can be adjusted accordingly to suit your requirements. Unlike many other venues, we will not try and tie you to a single menu choice how can you possibly be expected to choose one dish that suits fifty or more people?! If you choose multiple choices, all that we ask is for you to provide us with a pre-order no later than 14 days prior to the wedding. The team at Trethorne will offer you and your guests a very warm and friendly welcome, together with a high standard of service, with the wedding reception tailored to meet your family s individual requirements.
