DANCE FLOOR The cost to hire the dance floor is $500. FLORAL AND DESIGN Flowers add a fantastic look to any event. Creative designs, bright colours and of course that wonderful smell will really bring your whole wedding together. Speak with your event manager about colour matching and themes available. We are also able to assist in putting you in touch with some of Melbourne best florists. FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES We work closely with a number of furniture, linen and lighting suppliers who all have great in-house teams to assist in giving your wedding the look you desire. A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays. FINAL NUMBERS AND PAYMENTS We require your confirmation of final numbers and dietary requirements 10 working days prior to your event. Payment of any balance owing is due no later than 7 days before your event. Once your final payment has been made, there is no refund even if guest numbers decrease. Any additional charges incurred on the day such as beverages on consumption, a bar tab, or an increase in guest numbers are payable at the conclusion of the event. PARKING Next door is paid parking and across the road at Quest we can arrange additional parking. There is also free street parking in the area. AUDIO VISUAL Royal Brighton Yacht Club provides a small range of audio visual solutions including brand new sound system, roof mounted projectors and standard music playlists. For all other AV solutions we work closely with ProAV Solutions and are happy to assist you with any requirements. Charges applicable. ACCOMMODATION We work closely with Quest Brighton on the Bay apartments directly across the road in providing accommodation solution for guests.
