Our three ranges: standard, deluxe and premium, ensure that your menu is designed perfectly for your special occasion and your budget. Pricing Information: Menu prices include: chef to prepare your menu, napkins, serving platters & condiments. Pricing is per person including gst. Wait staff are an essential part of all successful functions, we recommend that you allow 1 x wait staff for every 60 guests but we can discuss this at time of booking. Wage rates for wait staff start at $50.30 per hour for a 3 hour minimum.
