Booking Terms & Conditions Party Booking Form Christmas Events Including: Christmas Lunches, Join a Party, Breakfast with Santa, Lunch with Santa, New Year s Eve Ball 1.Deposits and Booking Form To confirm your booking, please complete our booking form and return within 7 days, enclosing a 10 per person deposit which is nonrefundable and non-transferable. If a deposit and signed booking form is not received within this time, your booking will automatically release. Email completed booking forms to events@doubletreehull.com. If you would like to make a deposit payment via the phone, please call 01482 755 500. Once a signed booking form has been received you will be contractually obliged to make the deposit payment for the number of guests specified, within 7 days. Any booking forms being returned by post, please send them to: DoubleTree by Hilton Hull, FAO Events Team 24 Ferensway, Kingston Upon Hull, HU2 8NH Breakfast with Santa and Lunch with Santa require payment in full at the time of booking. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. 2.Payments Full payment for all provisional bookings is required by Wednesday 3rd October, this is non-refundable and non-transferable. If full payment is not made by this date the booking will be considered as cancelled and the cancellation policy, point 3, will apply. Any bookings made after 3rd October must be paid in full at the time of booking by card or BACS, within 7 days of initial booking. In order for us to provide the best possible food service, details of your dietary requirements need to be given to us by Friday 5th October. Any promotional drinks pre-orders must be submitted and paid for by Friday 16th November. Any further changes to your booking made after this point may incur a 15 admin charge. 3.Cancellations If you cancel your confirmed booking under any circumstances any deposit/full payment will be retained by the hotel as a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges cannot be offset against other items or services provided by the hotel.
