All balances must be paid in full by the 2nd of November All bookings made after this date must be paid in full within seven days of booking, if the booking is less than seven days from date of the Event, payment in full is required immediately. 6. The rate f the Event and any accommodation shall be the rate detailed in the confirmation of booking supplied by the hotel, which may be sent by fax, post . Children are charged as detailed in brochure. 7. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any other relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in fce on the date of the Event. Prices advertised are subject to change pri to booking. 8. Except as set out below, we regret that all payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable. 9. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks accommodation. 10. If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms in clause 5 above), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 11. ln the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the Event, all monies will be refunded an alternative date location will be offered (at the hotel s discretion), without any further liability to the hotel. 12. No additional food drinks of any kind are permitted into the hotel by party ganisers guests. DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon will endeavour to ensure that all the infmation and prices are accurate. However, occasionally errs occur and DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon reserves the right to crect prices other infmation in such circumstances. Organiser vouchers of 40 will not be valid f the night of your party and can only be used from the 1st of January 2019 to the 30th November Vouchers will be given to the main ganiser on the night of the event.
