7 Special Offers and Drink Packages Booking Terms and Conditions Book & pay a deposit before 31 st October 10% OFF Private Christmas Party A free night accommodation for the organizer for Parties of 40 people or more Iced Cold Beers Pre- order a selection of chilled beers to serve on your table for arrival: choose from Becks, Stella, Corona, London Pride 6 beers for and 12 beers for Cocktail Pitcher for only litre (Approx. 6 Servings) choose any of the following cocktails Ritz Fizz (Champagne, Amaretto, lemon juice and Blue Curaçao) Strawberry Dawn (Gin, coconut cream and strawberries) Mojito (White Rum, mint, lime juice, sugar syrup and soda water) Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form together with a per person nonrefundable, non-transferable deposit and a written receipt issued by the Hotel. Full payment is required for bookings no later than 28 days prior to the event. Balance payment is due no less than 28 days prior to the event. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the cancellation of the booking without prior notification and the spaces offered for re-sale. Once balance payment has been made no refunds will be given. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at the current rate. However should there be any change in this tax as a result of Government Policy we reserve the right to amend it as necessary. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing. Please notify the Hotel of any special dietary requirement not less than 14 working days prior to your event. The Kitchen within the Hotel uses gluten and nut products therefore cannot guarantee gluten or nut free. All party night and party lunch bookings require food selection and wine to be pre-ordered 14 days before the event. To ensure the enjoyment of everyone, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or escort from our premises any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No beverages other than those bought on the Hotel premises may be consumed. Accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card. Group bookings subject to group contract conditions. In the unlikely event that a party should fail to reach minimum numbers, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel or consolidate the event. An alternative date, or full refund will be offered. Dress code for all parties is smart casual attire. Please note that for any booking of 10 people or more a separate contract will need to be signed. For all events please see the Cancellation Policy noted under the Terms and Conditions written on your contract.
