8 Terms & Conditions A per person deposit is required to secure all Christmas bookings; this deposit is non-refundable and nontransferable. Any lost deposits cannot be used for beverages. A per room deposit is required to secure any accommodation. All events dates are subject to availability. Provisional booking can be held for 14 days and then a deposit is required to confirm the booking. If paying by cheque please make payable to The Ainscow Limited - only one cheque per party please. Remaining balance to be paid by Friday 9 th November Bookings cancelled after Friday 9 th November 2018 will be charged the total value of the facilities that have been pre booked. If your booking is made after Friday 9 th November 2018 full prepayment is required at the time of confirmation. Special dietary requirements must be supplied to the hotel 2 weeks prior to the event date. Smaller parties may have to join other parties on a table. A limited number of bedrooms are available on the special party rate. Pre ordered drinks must be ordered and paid for in full at least 14 days prior to your party date. Payment is non-refundable and non transferable. Guest under the age of 18 years of age may be restricted - please check at the time of booking. The hotel does not allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Any alcohol purchased outside of the hotel will be retrieved from the guest and the guest may be asked to leave the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason at its own discretion. Bookings of 30 people or more will be issued with a contract. The hotel has a strict no smoking policy in the public areas including the roof terrace. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel and charge for any damages caused by unreasonable behavior. All prices stated include VAT.
