As this is our brewer Ben s first brand new recipe for Mad Cat Brewery we have named the brew after his cat, Emotional Blackmail or Mo for short. After being emotionally blackmailed into getting a cat Ben decided it would be an apt name for his new pet, and we thought it made a apt name for his first beer with us. Great with Middle Eastern and Mexican food. Red Ale: 3.9% Chestnut Brown bitter noticeably, but not overpoweringly, malty. A bit fruity and nutty too. Hops: Bramling Cross and First Gold We re looking for a good all- rounder that will lubricate good times and good conversation. This will be a beer that you ll enjoy with steak and chips, dark meaty dishes or a decent ploughman NELSON BREWERY Cat of Nine Tails: 4% An amber coloured ale with full flavour and a well- rounded aroma. Pieces of Eight: 3.8% Light refreshing ale, full of hop flavour, with a hint of chocolate in the after taste Admiral IPA 4% A traditional IPA Beer brewed with Kentish Cascade Hops that leaves Citrus Hop flavours on the palate.
GOODY ALES Good Health: 3.6% WINNER of Best Kentish Beer 2015 in the Taste of Kent Awards - golden ale with a fresh hoppy finish and undertone of zesty orange peel. Dead Good: 4% Amber bitter with a medley of Kentish hops and in conjunction with the Morris Dancers. MUSKET BREWERY Fife and Drum: 3.8% A Golden Ale which produces tantalising tastes and aromas of spice, honey, marmalade, floral and the merest hint of wild blackcurrant growing in the hedgerows of Kent. Ale which is akin to taking a refreshing stroll in the garden of England. Flintlock: 4.2% A stunning best bitter which evokes a taste of old English woodland, with shafts of dappled sunlight striking through green cedar trees. Flintlock will ignite your taste buds with its spicy orange undertones and just a hint of marmalade.

Black Prince: 3.9% The eldest son of Edward III who was married to Joan of Kent and buried in Canterbury Cathedral. A rich, full bodied Kent mild, smooth on the pallet with subtle hop notes. SIBA National Silver award 2016 BEXLEY BREWERY Anchor Bay IPA: 4.8% NEW FOR 2018!Named after the stretch of the river Thames next to the brewery, our IPA is brewed with blend of two American whole leaf hops, Mosaic & Cascade. A deep golden beer with a fruity, citrus taste and a floral and spicy aroma. The recipe for Anchor Bay was developed from two of our past Howbury brews no. 10 & no. 14 Redhouse Premium Ale: 4.2% One of our core session ales named after the famous Red House in Bexleyheath, home of William Morris, one the founders of the Arts and Crafts movement. REDHOUSE is a darker Pale Ale combining Crystal malts with English Goldings hops for a richer flavour. This ale has a very clean finish and late- hop bitterness.
CAVEMAN BREWERY Cavedweller 5.8% Our flagship beer! A big rich porter with a full body and balanced bitterness from UK Bramling Cross hops. Chocolate and coffee notes come through in the malt and dark berry flavours from the hops. Palaeolithic 3.8% A light session beer with a high dose of aromatic hops. Well balanced and highly drinkable this beer is the Swanscombe Man's favourite brew, which is why we named it after the Palaeolithic era. Sweet malts balance out the grapefruit and citrus from the US Cascade hops to produce an easy drinking session pale ale. It's then dry- hopped to add a bit of punch and aro WESTERHAM BREWERY Grasshopper: 3.8% A dark, malty red ale with nutty, roasted notes from the chocolate malt. This session bitter is hopped with Kent Target hops from the National Trust s hop farm at Scotney Castle and Finchcocks Kent Goldings. A satisfying and flavoursome pint. British Bull Dog: 4.1% A rich, full bodied best bitter in the traditional Kent style. Finest Maris Otter pale ale malt and crystal malt for colour and richness. Hopped with local Kent Northdown and Finchcocks Whitbread Golding Variety and finished in the Hop Rocket with Progress hops from Scotney Castle and Goldings from Finchcocks hop garden for a full flavour and aroma 1965 4.8% A premium ale to commemorate the year 1965 when the Black Eagle Brewery closed, Winston Churchill passed away and Robert Wicks was born. Brewed to a similar recipe that Bill Wickett used for his last brew at the old brewery on 3rd March 1965.Kent Northdown hops give a clean, refreshing full bodied flavour for which English ales are famous. Finished with Finchcocks Kent Goldings for flavour and aroma.
GADDS BREWERY No.5: 4.4% A traditional Kentish best bitter the aroma is toffee malt and fresh green hops, the flavour is malt, hops and red berries with a full body and lingering bitter finish. Seasider: 4.3% A mellow easy drinking ale. Brewed with a little crystal malt and a lot of goldings hops. Nothing flash, just a very decent malty body and a balancing hop flavour. KENT BREWERY Zingiber 4.1% American Hops with Ginger for a fruity warming light beer Session Pale 3.7% A light hoppy session beer with hints of citrus and elderflower. The New Black APA 4.8% A Black version of an American pale ale, light and citrusy with a subtle dark malt body
DUDDAH S TUN Original: 7.5% A real favourite. One of the first ciders to be made at Pine Trees farm, this cider is a blend of Russet, Cox and Bramley apples. Not as heady as its strength suggests, this golden, medium cider is packed full of flavour. Cherry: 4% A scrumptious blend of cider and cherry. This light berry coloured cider is the ultimate summer drink, great served cold, and as a long drink over ice. Not too sweet, but full of fruity flavours. Elderflower: 4% This simple and subtle blend of elderflower with cider is a perfect summer drink. Not too sweet, and not overly floral, this cider is delicate on the palate, and crisp to the end. A delicious, beautifully clean cider. KENTISH PIP Pear and Russet: 6.5% An extraordinary cider- perry combining the rich nutty flavour of Egremont Russet apples with the soft and smooth conference pears. By blending a proportion of the juice before fermentation and using natural yeasts we can preserve some of the original sweetness from the non- fermentable pear sugars. It has a beautiful pear aroma and a fine clean finish. We d recommend it served lightly chilled in a third or half pint glass. Discovery: 4% This early season Discovery apple has a delicate flesh with a blush of pink when first cut. By late pressing and fermenting with wine yeast the cider produces a wonderful floral aroma, incredibly fresh on the palate with good acidity and notes of quince and fresh grass. Crisp and golden in colour, a delicious wine alternative. As with the other Kentish Pip Ciders Pure Discovery is also Gluten Free and suitable for Vegans.
