Policies & Procedures Food & Beverage Minimums All events are required to meet a food and beverage minimum. A food and beverage minimum is the amount a host must spend in order to secure a private space at the Club. If the minimum is not met, the difference will be charged as a minimum fee. For example, if the minimum is $5,000 and you have 100 guests in attendance, you have a minimum of $50 per person to spend in your menu and bar selection. Food & Beverage Skyline Club must provide all food and beverage. No outside food and beverages are allowed with the exception of wedding and specialty cakes. Due to health regulations, perishable leftovers may not be removed from the property. Menus Our menus are designed to offer you a selection of quality items, however if you prefer to offer your guests something outside of the printed menus, our Executive Chef can tailor a menu to your specifications. Full banquet menus are available upon request. Facility Fees (Non-Members) Non-members are welcome to host events at the Club, however a facility fee will apply in order to access the Club. Facility fees ensure private access to club amenities and private rooms. Dress Code For Gentlemen: Business suits Dress shirt with dress slacks Jackets and ties are recommended but not required Knit or collared shirts For Ladies: Pant suits or business suits Dresses/Skirts with blouses Casual slack Casual skirts and dresses Denim, athletic wear, rubber soled shoes, or scrubs of any kind is not permitted at any time in the Club. No exceptions. Taxes & Gratuity A state Sales tax of 6% will be added to all banquet charges, and a 22% service charge will be added to all food and beverage services.
Policies & Procedures Continued Guarantees Your guaranteed number of guests is due to the private event director seven (7) days prior to the event. In the event the Club does not receive a guarantee, the number of guests previously indicated on your signed contract will serve as the guarantee. Actual charges will depend on the guarantee given or the actual attendance at the event whichever is greater. If the number in attendance exceeds your guarantee given, the club can prepare additional meals. The host will be charged a higher rate for each additional guest: the same meal cannot always be promised should you attendance be greater than your guarantee. Deposits & Payment Schedule When scheduling an event, a signed contract and minimum deposit is required to secure your date. Subsequent deposits of 50% of your estimated remaining balance are required 60 and 7 days prior to your event. All event charges should be paid in full prior to the event. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are payable via credit cards, check or cash. Liability Skyline Club is not responsible for damages of any merchandise, articles, or valuables of the host or contractors, prior to, during or subsequent to any function. Host is responsible for any damages done to facilities during the period of time the facilities are subject to the host s use or the use of any independent contractor hired by the host or the host s agent. A damage deposit may be required and a cleaning fee may be assessed if extensive cleaning is required in the Club or in any part of the building or its grounds. A cleaning fee may also be required as a deposit.

From Airport and Dearborn 1-94 east, to Southfield Freeway (39) north, to Lodge Freeway (sign says "to Lansing") bearing left. First exit on the right is 10 Mile/Evergreen Road. Exit and turn right on 10 Mile, then turn left at next light (Evergreen Road). At 1st light turn left into Southfield Town Center Complex. Enter 2000 parking structure and go up and around for visitor parking on the third level, (Self parking is available on all levels.) Enter lobby of 2000 Building. Skyline Club is located on the 28th floor. From l-696 1-696 (east) to the Evergreen Road exit. First light is Central Park Boulevard. Turn right on Central Park Boulevard; Street dead ends at the 2000 parking structure, Enter 2000 parking structure and go up and around for visitor parking on the third level, (Self parking is available on all levels.) From North Woodward Area Evergreen road south to first light past Civic Center Drive, (Southfield Town Center entrance) and enter 2000 parking structure and go up and around for visitor parking on the third level, (Self parking is available on all levels.) Enter lobby of 2000 Building. Skyline Club is located on the 28th floor. From Grosse Pointe 1-94 east to 1-696 west. Exit at Evergreen Road and turn left (south) on Evergreen, and right at first light past Civic Center Drive (Southfield Town Center entrance). Enter 2000 parking structure and go up and around for visitor parking on the third level, (Self parking is available on all levels.) Enter lobby of 2000 Building. Skyline Club is located on the 28th floor. From Flint 1-7S south to westbound 1-696. Exit Evergreen Road and turn left (south) on Evergreen (see from Grosse Pointe). Skyline Club does offer complimentary parking in our attached, covered parking structure. ONCE YOU ARE IN THE BUILDING, IF YOU PARKED IN THE STRUCTURE IT WILL BRING YOU TO THE SECOND FLOOR. FOLLOW THE RAMP TO THE END AND TURN LEFT THE 16-28 ELEVATORS WILL BE STRAIGHT AHEAD, TAKE THE ELEVATOR UP TO THE 28 TH AND SPEAK TO THE RECEPTIONIST. IF YOU PARK IN THE FRONT PARKING LOT THE DOOR WILL BRING YOU TO THE FIRST FLOOR THE ELEVATORS ARE TOWARDS THE RIGHT, USE THE 16-28 ELEVATORS, TAKE THE ELEVATOR UP TO THE 28 TH AND SPEAK TO THE RECEPTIONIST.
