LUMINARE Luminare, a contemporary loft is one of the most exciting and impressive rooftop venues on the fringe of Melbourne s city, offering expansive views of the city skyline. Managed exclusively by The Big Group and located in the heart of South Melbourne, Luminare offers a unique event experience full of fantastic food, fabulous staff and brilliant views. WE HAVE AN OUTRAGEOUS PASSION FOR MAKING PEOPLE HAPPY

LUMINARE Capacity Luminare can accommodate up to 250 guests for seated events including a dance area and 500 guests for cocktail events. Venue Hire For the exclusive use of Luminare please allow a venue hire fee, inclusive of: - 2 hour bump-in and out prior event start and post conclusion time - Security guards for the duration of the event - Custom made table linen in silver overlay and charcoal underlay, - Lounge furniture set with gold drum coffee tables and décor pieces - Luminare décor pieces including glass votives with tea light candles - Maharam Flint fabric bespoke chairs - White linen napkins - Personalised menus (1 per table) - Cloaking facilities with attendant - City balcony including outdoor furniture, decor and black market umbrellas Sky Deck - Wedding Ceremonies and/ or Pre Dinner Drinks In addition to Luminare with its adjoining City deck, the bayside Sky Deck is offered for a variety of events such as wedding ceremonies and pre-dinner drinks. The Sky Deck is available for hire. Refer to the following page for additional Wedding Ceremony information.

WEDDING CEREMONIES Sky Deck The Sky Deck overlooking Port Phillip Bay is the perfect setting for your Wedding Ceremony followed by the reception in Luminare. Our Wedding Event Managers would love to plan this exciting and important day with you. Inclusive in the venue hire fee we provide a selection of furniture for your ceremony including: - 60 ghost chairs - 4 black market umbrellas - 3 circular, timber ottomans with white and grey cushions for casual seating - Small white tables to complement the ottomans - Signing table and 2 chairs We are happy to arrange the hire of a ceremony canopy, carpet runner and outdoor heaters at an additional cost. Please ask your Event Manager. The Wedding Ceremony is followed immediately by the reception when your beverage package will commence. Should you wish your guests to leave the premises between the ceremony and the dinner reception, additional staff and security costs will apply. Of course, the bridal party is welcome to pop out for photos in the area, while your guests enjoy drinks and canapes.

AV Technician - approximately $369.50 Harry the Hirer are the in-house audio visual supplier at Luminare. For all sound, vision and lighting requirements including staging please advise our Event Managers who would be happy to provide a detailed quote. Parking On site complimentary parking may be arranged, accessed via York Street from 6.00pm weekdays or anytime during the weekend. Please refer to Event Manager. Dance Floor - quotation on request We would be happy to arrange a quotation for a grey driftwood dance floor that compliments the venue.

COCKTAILS Frosé An adult slushie, why should the kiddies have all the fun? Provence Rosé, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup and a teeny splash of Bombay London dry gin. All tipped into a slushie machine and churned into a semi frozen summery delight. Garnished with miniature fresh seasonal edible flowers. This requires the hire of a Frosé machine. This is added to the overall cost. Cardamom Blush Gabriel Boudier Sloe Gin, cardamom infused Lillet Rose and freshly squeezed lemon juice are shaken over ice with simple syrup and a drop of rosewater. Served over ice in a tumbler, garnished with 2 muddled raspberries, mint, and cinnamon quill. Belvedere Citrus Passion Belvedere Citrus Vodka is shaken over ice with fresh lemon juice, passion fruit pulp, elderflower and vanilla syrup. Served long over ice in an O glass, with a swirl of Peychards Bitters and lemon rind twist. Signora Rosa (Pink Lady) The classic Pink Lady given an Italian twist. Malfa 41% lemon infused Italian gin is mixed with triple sec, limoncello, Campari, ruby grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Shaken over ice with egg white, served in a flute or martini glass, garnished with miniature flower and drop of grapefruit bitters. Our Man In Havana Vanilla infused Havana Three year old rum is built over ice with Canton ginger liqueur, lime juice and fresh pressed Far North Queensland cane sugar juice. Garnished with banana leaf, mint, sliced ginger, grapefruit and orange bitters. Served long over crushed ice, this makes for a long and refreshing mojito style cocktail. Espresso Martini The best way to get the party started. Wyborowa Polish vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso coffee, shaken over ice and strained into a martini glass. Garnished with floating coffee beans.

Espresso Luxe Our new take on the ever popular coffee based martini. Wyborowa Polish vodka, coffee liqueur, cold drip espresso and a dash of crème de cafe liqueur. Shaken over ice, strained into a tumbler over a black ice cube. Garnished with shake of toasted pecan bitters and split vanilla bean. Gin Basil Smash Bombay London Dry gin is combined with freshly squeezed lemon juice, yuzu juice, simple syrup and smashed basil. Garnished with fresh basil leaves and a drop of rhubarb bitters. Served over ice, summery and refreshing. Gin Bling Highly original, highly botanical, highly recommended. Spring Fling A delicious Aperol spritz stlye aperitif created by Rockpool in Sydney to mark the change of season. A blend of Prosecco, Aperol and fresh passion fruit pulp are served over ice in an O glass, garnished with a slice of blood orange and halved fresh strawberries. Rittenhouse Rye Old Fashioned A modern twist on an old classic featuring Rittenhouse Rye Whisky, spiced honey and Angostura bitters. Served over a perfectly clear giant ice cube, garnished with orange rind twist and granulated bee pollen. Mojito Try this classic cocktail as originally intended. Havana Club Anejo 3 year old white rum, freshly squeezed Tahitian lime juice, sugar. Served long over crushed ice in an O glass topped with a dash of club soda and smashed mint. Bellini The traditional Italian Bellini is given a modern tweak. Belvedere citrus vodka is swirled over ice with fresh lemon juice, Alain Milat vineyard peach nectar and a dash of sugar syrup. Strained into a flute and topped with chilled Prosecco, garnished with a maraschino cherry. White Chocolate and Passionfruit Martini A blend of straight and vanilla vodka, passion fruit, fresh pineapple presse and white chocolate syrup. Nicely balanced, shaken over ice with egg white to make a super smooth and sexy post dinner martini.

Jalapeño, Coriander and Cucumber Margarita Nothing to be afraid of here, especially when you are drinking Don Julio Reserva Blanco Tequila with super smooth, clean, crisp notes of citrus and vanilla. Mixed with orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and a dash of house-made Jalapeño, Coriander and Cucumber mix. Served over ice, garnished with whole lime wheels. It s a margarita on ice with a refreshing Jalapeño kick. Smokey Ginger Whisky Sour Islay single malts are the peatiest, smokiest, and most strongly flavoured whiskies. Blended in a whisky sour with freshly squeezed lemon juice and maple syrup, they are muted to the perfect level of rich smokiness. We use 10 year old Ardbeg and serve over ice in an old fashioned cut crystal whisky glass, garnished with a maraschino cherry and fresh ginger rub. Brambletini A simple classic that lets the finest ingredients shine through. Bombay London Dry Gin, dry shaken with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and a dash of blackberry liqueur. Served over ice in an O glass, garnished with fresh blackberries on a knotted skewer. Økar Spritz Similar to an Aperol Spritz but using Økar, a boutique Australian bitter/herbal aperitif made in the Adelaide Hills. Served over ice with a dash of Japanese Dai Dai citrus, vanilla syrup, and topped with Prosecco. Super refreshing, a beautiful pale red hue, and a beguiling smoky, herbal aftertaste. Delicious. Dark. Spicy. Stormy. The Kraken spiced Caribbean dark rum is mixed with fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters and a splash of ginger beer. Served long over ice, garnished with a whole cinnamon quill and lime wheels. Spicy, warm, refreshing. Shochu Sour A blend of Yamazaki and Hakushu Japanese whisky is shaken over ice with Domain de Canton ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and yuzu juice (ancient Asian citrus). Served over ice in an old fashioned cut crystal whisky glass, garnished with slices of whole fresh ginger. A complex and refreshing Japanese inspired whisky sour. Long Slow Negroni Gin, red vermouth and Campari make the classic Negroni. Add boutique Harcourt and Perry Yarra Valley apple cider, a dash of passion fruit pulp and mint, and you have a long, slow, summery Negroni. Served over ice in an O glass.

Americano The difference between a good Americano and a great Americano is the vermouth. We use the king of red vermouths, Carpano Antica Formula, first made in 1786 with flavours of vanilla, dried fruits, star anise, dates and mountain herbs. Built over ice in an O glass, with Campari, ice, soda, garnished with sliced orange peel. The perfect bitter orange cocktail. Mai Tai The secret to a good Mai Tai is a quality Cuban or Jamaican rum. We blend Havana Club 3 year old white and 5 year old dark rums, Amaretto, Cointreau, lime and freshly squeezed blood orange juice. Served over crushed ice, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh mint, get your Tiki on! Cucumber Southside Originally created on the Southside of Chicago during prohibition, it remains one of the most refreshing summer aperitifs. This version adds a splash of cucumber puree to London dry gin, freshly squeezed Tahitian lime juice and sugar syrup. Topped with a splash of chilled tonic, served over ice, garnished with cucumber spear and lemon rind. Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned A great Old Fashioned begins and ends with the bourbon. We use barrel aged Woodford Reserve and give it a twist, shaking it over ice with a dash of Grand Marnier, cinnamon syrup and toasted pecan bitters. Garnished with half a vanilla pod and served over ice in a spirit glass. The flavours go on and on.

MOCKTAIL Apple Cider Mocktail Harcourt & Perry sparkling non-alcoholic cider makes you feel like you have never had proper sparkling apple juice before. Served over ice with fresh limejuice, a dash of sugar syrup, crushed mint, fresh strawberries and loads of ice.
