ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We thank you for interest in the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista. Our event staff is happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs. We are eager to make your event an absolute success! General Meeting Policies: All food & beverage must be purchased and served by the hotel, with the exception of special event cakes. In the event outside food & beverage is brought into the function/event space - a penalty fee of full contracted meeting room rental will be applied. Food presentations are based on a two (2) hour period maximum. No food may be removed from the premises. Tables are based on a twenty (20) person minimum; a surcharge or plated option will be exercised if under minimum requirement. Prices do not include a 24% Service Charge or 6.5% Tax (subject to change). Gratuity is added to all food & beverage, audio visual and room rentals. Menu prices are subject to change. Full food & beverage order payment is due two (2) weeks prior to event. FInal attendees numbers may be increased up to three (3) days prior to the event. If none is given, the expected number becomes the guaranteed. Cancellation - Within Sixty (60) days of arrival, 50% of deposit will be refunded; Thirty (30) days prior, deposit is non-refundable.
