With its majestic mountains, its deep blue sea and its lush, vast forests, our Nordic nature is truly unique. The same goes for our local ingredients. The distinctiveness of the landscapes therefore also became the source of inspiration for our internal cooking competition in which we invited our talented chefs to capture the experiences and flavours of our flora and fauna. It was the Gabriella chefs Jouni Ukkonen, Maarit Juvonen and Ilkka Laasio who managed to get the most recipes selected for the menu, and among the fifteen winning dishes you will find temptations such as reindeer fillet, Arctic char, wild duck, deer backstrap, whitefish fillet, sea buckthorn parfait and much more.
