CHRISTMAS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS 2019 CALENDAR OF EVENTS 1. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 10 per person is required within seven days of the booking. 2. Full payment is required one month prior to the date of the event. 3. For bookings made within one month of the event, full payment is required no later than seven days in advance of the event date. 4. Any alterations to the booking must be made in writing to Watford Association Football Club Limited ( WFC ) & Fabulous Fan Fayre Limited ( F3 ). 5. In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposits and payments made are nonrefundable and non-transferable. 6. In the event of a cancellation by WFC and/or F3, the client will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid. 7. Guests shall be liable for any damage to the property of WFC and F3. 8. Both WFC and F3 reserve the right to amalgamate events to guarantee minimum numbers. Consequently, WFC and F3 reserve the right to move events into more suitably sized suites. 9. WFC and F3 reserve the right to change or cancel any advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control or venue commitments. 10. Any additional service(s) must be paid for on the night of the event. No credit facilities will be offered without prior agreement of WFC and F3. 11. WFC and F3, whilst taking care to honour its commitment, regrets that it will not accept liability for any errors, omissions or cancellations by WFC and F3 however caused and limit any claim to refund of monies paid. 12. Private functions: in the event that the number of guests for a booking falls below the agreed minimum number for that booking, WFC and F3 reserve the right to move the guests to another suite and charge for the full number of guests originally booked. 13. Shared party nights: a minimum party size of six guests is required for an exclusive table. Parties of less than six will be invited to join other small parties. 14. All guests must be 18 years or over. 15. Guests shall not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the venue. Anyone found to be breaking this condition may be asked to leave the venue. 16. F3 s standard Terms and Conditions for Conference and Events shall also apply (available on request). In the event of any inconsistencies between these booking conditions and F3 s standard Terms and Conditions, these booking conditions apply. 17. WFC and F3 reserve the right to amend or cancel an event if the Stadium is required for a rearranged or unforeseen match or other event, which in the opinion of WFC and F3 renders the function impractical or impossible to hold. In such event, WFC and F3 shall use reasonable endeavours and work with the client to relocate or re-arrange the event to an alternative party or date. WFC and F3 shall not be liable or required to pay compensation for any loss sustained as a result of or in any way arising out of its cancellation as aforesaid, but will refund all monies paid by the client.
