2015 GRADUATION AND AWARDS PACKAGES Class of 2015 Celebrate this much anticipated occasion in style at the Darwin Convention Centre. Our beautiful venue is the centrepiece of the Waterfront Precinct, overlooking Darwin Harbour. With its spectacular views, flexible rooms, delicious food and excellent service, it is the ideal venue to host your school s graduation ceremony, formal or special event. A special night to remember forever Arrive by limousine and feel like a star walking up the red carpet. A mocktail can be served as you catch up with family and friends. Enjoy sunset views over Darwin Harbour from the Exhibition Concourse or the foyer of the Waterfront Rooms. The night continues with excellent food and service and all the fun of a special night out. Customised service Whether you are hosting a cocktail reception or seated dinner for 60 to 500+ guests, the Darwin Convention Centre can tailor your school graduation or formal to be a special night for students to remember. Our dedicated team of event specialists will work with you to ensure that all details are considered and the end of year celebration is fun and memorable for all. All-inclusive packages and facilities To make planning easy, we are able to offer a choice of four delicious food and beverage packages from three course seated dinners to stand-up cocktail receptions. All our rooms include a dance floor, audio system, lectern and microphone. Additional cost-effective production packages are available to those with more sophisticated requirements. Onsite basement car parking, limousine drop-off and taxi services are also available. We can also assist with theming, DJ, bands and photographers.
