YOUR WEDDING DAY AT THE IVY BUSH ROYAL HOTEL ABOUT US We understand how important your wedding day is to you and your family, and we are here to make it one of the most memorable days of your life. Our team has a wealth of experience, a keen eye for detail and look forward to helping you through the planning process from when you first enquire, through to the wedding day itself. CIVIL CEREMONIES The hotel is licensed to hold Civil Wedding ceremonies and we would be delighted to host this for you. The Croeso Suite, our largest ceremony room can accommodate up to 200 guests with ease. Smaller ceremony room options are also available, including the Derwen Suite with its French doors which lead to a private terrace and garden. Our Civil Ceremony fee is 350.00 (please note that this does not include the Registrar s fee). Ceremonies are conducted by the Carmarthen Registrar and need to be booked directly. It is essential that you book the Registrar for the correct time and date, as we are unable to do this on your behalf. WE RECOMMEND For a full day Wedding, we recommend that you book the Registrar to conduct the Ceremony from between 12pm and 1pm. Based on your photographers requirements and your greeting formalities, your wedding breakfast would then be served at approximately 3pm.

ACCOMMODATION AND COMPLIMENTARY EXTRAS WINE, DINE AND STAY THE NIGHT We have 70 bedrooms which includes 1 Suite and 2 family rooms, so plenty of room for you and your friends and family to make a night of it or to take the stress out of travelling and to stay with us the night before the big day. We offer complimentary accommodation to the happy couple for weddings of over 50 guests, for the night of the wedding and discounted rates for attendees. EXTRAS FROM US We offer the following complimentary services, when you book a Wedding with us for more than 50 guests: Red Carpet welcome from your carriage Room hire, both day and evening (excluding Ceremony Room Hire) Audio equipment, if required Co-ordinated colours on napkins Cake stand and knife Ample car parking A gift for the newly weds to commemorate your special day Overnight accommodation for the newly weds Champagne breakfast to celebrate the first morning as newly weds DISCOUNTS & DEPOSITS We offer an exclusive 5% discount to all Mid-week Weddings (excludes Bank Holiday Mondays). Provisional Wedding dates will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks, after which a 500 or 5.00 per person (whichever is the greater sum) deposit will be required.
